Welcome.

About the places you can be right now,

You're choosing to be here.

Check in and notice what would you like to feel as a result of taking these few minutes.

Something that you'd like to take away.

Something you'd like to leave here.

A reset.

And if you have no idea,

Trust whatever's meant to happen will happen.

Sharing time together to invite connection and grounding.

Taking a purposeful pause with our hearts.

For these next few minutes there's nothing to get right because you're already doing it right.

Nothing to change or fix.

Allowing yourself in your own way to arrive,

To land,

To soften.

Find a kind posture,

Whatever that may be,

And continue to fine tune it as needed.

Recognizing this moment of pause,

Sense the space that you're in.

The space that's above you and below you.

The space to the right of you and the left of you.

Is the top lip resting on the lower lip?

Tongue resting in the mouth?

Can you invite the eyes to take a rest?

Either looking at something not moving or allowing them to gently close all the tiny muscles around the eyes.

Taking a rest.

Allowing everything to be as it is.

Whatever you're aware of or may not be aware of.

Inviting ease and calm.

Landing on purpose.

Arriving on purpose.

Releasing,

Holding.

Imagine and feel yourself held and wrapped in a blanket of love.

You don't have to do anything.

Melt down.

Sink down.

The inner resource and sense of okayness.

Our true nature of calm and quiet.

Permission to unhook from striving or seeking.

Sensing a point of contact your body's making with the surface.

The back of your body.

Feet or seat.

The ground welcoming you and the pull of gravity allowing you to release more fully into the surface that rose up to meet you.

Cultivating an inner smile.

Greeting this moment,

This experience with an openness and a kindness.

Offering a smile to yourself here.

An internal smile.

A gentle internal smile.

All internal organs functioning optimally.

Body parts at rest.

Free and clear of all that's happened in the past.

Not attached to what's waiting to happen in the future.

An overwhelming sense of okayness.

Breath.

Body.

Breath and mind.

Slowing down.
