Sacral Chakra Revitalization Using EFT And Yoga Nidra
Embark on a transformative journey with Sacral Chakra Revitalization using EFT and Yoga Nidra. This meditation combines Yoga Nidra's deep relaxation and EFT's emotional release. Yoga Nidra induces a state of heightened awareness between wakefulness and slumber, reducing stress, enhancing creativity, and promoting self-acceptance. EFT complements this by targeting emotional blockages through tapping on acupressure points. The meditation centers around the **Sacral Chakra**, linked to creativity, pleasure, and emotional balance. By harmonizing this chakra, you'll open pathways to authentic self-expression and emotional well-being. This practice empowers you to lead a life of creativity, joy, and authenticity, embracing your passions and desires.

Hello and welcome to this Emotional Freedom Technique and Yoga Nidra session.
We'll be focused on healing the energy of Svadhisthana,
The second chakra,
Which shapes our individuality,
Emotions,
And creativity.
The second chakra acts as a canvas for our unique passions,
Desires,
And traits,
Defining who we are.
Svadhisthana extends beyond physical pleasure to include emotional fulfillment and meaningful connections.
Engaging with desires and emotions ethically is crucial for chakra balance,
Fostering authenticity and self-worth.
This chakra is linked to both procreation and creative energy,
Symbolizing the birth of new experiences and ideas.
It serves as an emotional processing center,
Guiding us through emotions with mindfulness.
Suppressing emotions disrupts Svadhisthana's ability to facilitate emotional growth and balance.
Today we're going to focus on harmonizing and aligning Svadhisthana's energy,
Improving self-perception,
Emotional nurturing,
And authenticity.
By understanding and nurturing the second chakra,
We can achieve self-awareness,
Emotional well-being,
And creative expression,
Embracing our individuality and connection to life's creative forces.
We're going to begin tapping,
But because we're going to transition into a yoga nidra practice after tapping,
I'd like you to go ahead and lay down.
Just like we did for the root chakra practice,
Get yourself comfortable.
Pause the recording if you need time to gather pillows,
Blankets,
Anything to make you more comfortable during your practice so that you can fully let go and delve into this practice with focus.
Once you've laid down,
Cocooning yourself in any blankets or pillows,
Be sure to leave your hands free so that you can tap.
Beginning to settle into your body,
Taking a deep and cleansing breath.
Deep,
Deep breath and exhaling fully,
Letting the full weight of your body melt into the earth underneath you.
And starting to tap using either hand,
Tapping on the karate chop point,
The space in between the wrist and the pinky knuckle on either hand,
Tapping with either hand.
And we begin by validating our experience.
We'll be addressing the somewhat negative aspects of how we might feel when the sacral chakra is in balanced.
So tapping on the karate chop point,
Repeating to yourself,
Either quietly or aloud,
I do not feel worthy.
I do not feel worthy.
It feels dangerous to connect to my emotions.

I do not feel comfortable resting into my creative self.

And relaxing your body,
Letting go of tapping for the time being,
Taking a full and clearing breath in and out,
Letting it go,
Relaxing the body,
Allowing your shape to feel effortless and soft.
And we're going to move through that same round of acknowledging the negative experience.
But this time we're going to rotate through the other points of tapping.
So again we start with the karate chop point and beginning to tap again gently.

Relax your hands.
Really diving into your experience in this moment.
How does your body feel?

Open and clear?

And again,
Starting to relax.
Maybe you go ahead and tuck your arms into any blankets or snuggling down into the pallet you've made for yourself.
Taking another deep and clearing breath.
Filling all the way up down to the bottom of the belly.
All the way up to the collarbones and letting it go.
And just noticing how you're feeling in the moment.
Just see how quickly you can completely transition into stillness.
How quickly can you drop into the stillness required to practice yoga nidra.
Finding a sense of effortlessness in your body and beginning to connect with your intention for this yoga nidra practice.
Your sankalpa,
Your sacred vow.
And for today we're going to use the intention,
I am worthy.
Beginning to turn that statement over and over in your mind and starting to connect with the emotional experience of this statement.
Inviting this way of being into your bones.
I am worthy.
Feeling into what the experience of truly knowing that you are worthy of everything that you want or desire.
Worthy of being understood.
Worthy of expression.
Worthy of license to create and enjoy your life.
Letting go of restriction and fear.
What does a worthy version of yourself look like?
How do they speak to themselves as they look into a mirror?
How do they approach social situations?
How do they express their needs and desires?
How do they connect to pleasure and play?
Really feeling into the emotional experience of becoming this person.
Practicing feeling worthy so you get better at it and can easily start to grow this version of yourself.
Beginning to turn the words over in your mind just a few more times.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
And letting it go.
Imagining dropping your words into the still waters of your unconscious.
Trusting them to grow in the light of your awareness.
And coming into our body scan.
I'll be inventorying parts of the body and your job is to remain still and follow my voice with your attention.
Really feeling into each part of the body in turn as I name it.
And the practice starts with the thumb on the right hand.
Maybe feeling a gentle warmth or softness to the tip of the thumb.
