Day 6: Accessing Your Inner Knowing. There is a subtle guidance you can feel with your body that communicates softly and subtly. By learning to attune to your natural frequency, you will gain deeper access to your inner knowing. Most of us are highly attuned to our outside world, partly because it's so darn loud and incessant, and partly because we were conditioned to orient outside of ourselves to find our wholeness. Meditation can teach you how to orient back to yourself, discover your own unique rhythm, and live your life according to your terms. On day 6, we will explore how to access your inner knowing, followed by a short introductory meditation.
