Take some time to get comfortable either seated or lying down.

Whatever position feels most relaxing to you today and comfortable.

Allow your body to feel at ease,

Completely pain-free.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and find your breath.

Inhale deep through your nose.

Exhale as you release it all out.

Big inhale breath.

Exhale completely.

Let's do that just one more time.

Filling up your lungs with fresh clean air,

Holding that breath at the top.

Then exhale like a wave.

Let it all release out of your body.

Just let yourself breathe natural.

Let your body just drift and float here in a relaxed state.

Take some time just to focus on the world around you and feel gratitude for everything that you have and own everywhere you get to be and explore.

Every place you've ever traveled,

Every place you've ever worked,

And the vastness of space that's left to explore.

And for a moment just feel the magic all around you and the energy of this safe place.

Take a moment to embrace yourself,

Your mind,

Your body,

Even the emotions that may be coming up.

Take a moment to be grateful for all your passions in life,

Everything that lights you up,

Every being and thing that you love so dearly.

Feel it radiate around you.

It almost lights a spark in you like a candle and you're the flame and you just glow with all that love and excitement.

You are the light.

And in turn you become the light for others.

Just breathe deeply into that.

Feeling that gratitude radiating above,

Below,

And all around you.

Sometimes in this world we can just become obsessed with things and want more and feel disconnected,

But really all you need is yourself.

We can find joy in small things.

There's nothing else you really need to have or own.

Everything you need you already have here in this time and place.

It's always at your fingertips accessible.

There's so many doors you have opened,

So many places you have driven or flown to or taken a boat to.

There's so many people you interact with on a daily basis,

Whether near or far.

There's that ripple effect.

Just take a moment to breathe and know we're all connected.

Notice how that feels.

Notice how much calmer you are,

More at peace.

Again,

Just come back to feeling grateful.

Grateful for this moment,

This breath.

Grateful for this safe place that you're in right now.

The warmth of your body.

The people in your life.

The food,

The clothes,

The cars,

The technology.

And the ease and flow that we get to live in.

It's always accessible to you whether you know it or not.

It's always there to support you in everything that you do.

In all your passions and all your jobs and careers,

All your hopes and dreams.

They're right at your fingertips.

And all these things that you care about,

These things in your life and people,

They're just a fraction of what makes you truly happy.

And it's okay that they make you happy.

It's nice to know that things are familiar and consistent.

That when you press a button the lights are going to turn on.

That when you open a door you'll be able to step and walk through.

All those conveniences in our daily lives we take for granted.

Just take a moment to appreciate them now.

And feel that connection.

Just become aware of how crazy this world really is.

How beautiful and wonderful.

All those little details in nature.

All the symmetry in the plants and flowers.

Even the companions we find in our animals and other creatures.

Just take a moment to be thankful for all that you have and acknowledge how wonderful it makes you feel.

This immense feeling of gratitude.

Realize that there's no more quest to search and find something.

You already have what you need.

You're exactly where you need to be.

You're safe,

Supported,

Always loved and cared for.

Just breathe into that for a moment.

Filling up the lungs and emptying them completely.

Notice how you feel.

Notice what may have changed with that breath.

When you're ready wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Return yourself back to life.

Becoming fully present and aware.

With that next breath feel free to open up your eyes and return back into that world you're so grateful for.
