Explore MeditationMikaela Soldan is a yoga teacher and somatic coach with over a decade of experience guiding group classes, private sessions, trainings, and retreats. Trained in the ISHTA Yoga lineage with Alan Finger, Mikaela has also studied Yoga Nidra with Mona Anand and pursued extensive education in somatic trauma healing with leading experts in the field. Originally from Finland, Mikaela moved to New York City to deepen her yoga studies and has since taught internationally in NYC, Costa Rica, and Finland.
