If it feels comfortable,

Close your eyes.

And take a nice deep inhale that goes all the way down to your belly.

Purse your lips and blow all that air out.

Continue with that breath.

And we're just going to continue with peace today.

So inhaling peace.

And then we're going to take a deep inhale.

And inhaling peace.

And exhaling anything you don't need.

We're going to be focused on just being present right in this moment.

Releasing anything from the past or future that's coming up.

Sometimes thinking about the past or future can steal our peace from us.

Just continuing with that nice deep breath.

Being present right in this moment.

Realizing that as different thoughts pop up in your mind,

That's okay.

But you don't have to follow those thoughts.

If you need to,

You can just let that thought drift away.

Nice deep inhale all the way down to the belly,

Chest stays stable.

And exhale,

Blow it out.

I want you to think of what you need to let go of to have more peace.

And just imagine that thought or that situation just drifting away from you.

You can see it drifting away from you.

And if that thought or situation comes back,

You can just repeat it and just keep imagining it drifting away.

You can choose peace for yourself and you are worthy of peace for yourself.

Inhale peace.

And exhale anything you don't need.

And then we're going to take a deep inhale.

And exhale anything you don't need.

Feel free to continue with this breath and these thoughts a little bit longer if you would like.

Great job.
