Sitting in stillness, ironically is the ultimate mobilizer. Feeling like we should be doing something is the ultimate immobilizer. When we sit, incubate, release, allow our thoughts to dispense of themselves or organize their rightful place in our minds, we are able to reinvigorate our minds and bodies into the right action. If we don't know the right direction or feel we don't have enough energy, waiting for wisdom to speak and inspiration to incubate is the perfect solution! Doing nothing works!

Hello,

Welcome.

Om Bytes.

Today's meditation is entitled,

Meditation,

The Ultimate Mobilizer.

Are you feeling stuck?

You know a change is imminent.

There's something you need to do,

Something you'd like to start or end,

Something that's been on your list for a very long time,

But that's where it sits,

Lifeless on your list.

Meditation is the absolute magic,

Sparking life into mobilizing you.

Come to a very comfortable seat on a chair,

On a cushion,

On a floor,

Wherever you find yourself very comfortable with your back well supported.

Drop into your bones.

Allow your arms to fall heavily as your hands rest easily in your lap.

And if you feel safe,

You're welcome to close your eyes.

We'll begin with the sound of the cymbal and conclude the same way.

Now what happens in your body when you hear the words,

To-do list,

Project deadlines,

Pressure people,

Timelines.

Ayayayaya.

The body starts to seize up.

We get resistant.

The mind closes in.

It's gray,

Foggy,

Heavy,

Tired,

Dark.

So whatever your state,

When you envision or even experience the thought of something you're not looking forward to,

This is when you sit in meditation and stillness and soften your physical body without doing anything.

We plant the seeds.

Soften the mind,

The brain,

The squeeze of the temples.

And trust,

Trust that all the right tools and energy and the path before you will become very clear as needed in time.

This meditation is the time to do nothing.

Meditation the ultimate mobilizer.

Today drop into ease and rest your body even more.

Maybe your mind is talking to you.

Your body's heat starts to rise but nobody understands,

Oh no,

I have to be perfect.

Perfection is the enemy of mobilization.

And what good is perfect anyway?

This is your own mental limitation that you've put on yourself so let it go.

Crack it open.

Breathe life into perfection which will then transmute into mobilization.

Perfection is good.

This is a sign that you have standards and that you believe in yourself and you wish to deliver the best.

Acknowledge and release.

Where in your body are you holding your perfectionism,

Your worries and your uncertainties?

Acknowledge and breathe expansion into these spaces and release with even greater ease.

Maybe you're starting to have the conversations with yourself.

Notice the words you're choosing and how you can turn any limiting beliefs into positive action but remain still in this moment.

Where did you go?

Acknowledge that you may have been carried away on the thought train.

Come back and release.

Nothing to figure out.

Nothing to finish.

Nothing even to start.

Just be you.

And there's nothing more perfect than you.

You've set your intentions.

You see your goal.

And then humanness and life get added into the mix.

Energy can't help but propel you forward.

So remain with your mind expanded and your body at ease and your outlook bright.

All things are possible in their right way and time.

Trust.

And you will see the less you squeeze,

The more energy you have.

You're an endless font of inspiration.

Relax your body.

Rest your mind.

Take a big belly breath in and an even longer breath out.

Relax your hips.

Belly.

Heart space.

And face.
