This is a 10-minute meditation entitled,
I am a Champion.
I am a Champion.
This will be a practice in transmutation.
Taking any negative thoughts,
Doubt,
Critical self-talk and transmuting it into uplifting positive go-forward energy,
Motivation,
And derive.
Now,
The goal of meditation is to have just that,
No goals.
To simply sit and rest the brain while awake and to listen for guidance,
All while reducing our physical stress levels.
Giving your body and your cells permission to rest and heal while awake.
So,
This meditation is the gymnasium for practicing how to manage what we encounter on the streets and in life.
Interactions with people and engaging with the world.
So,
Come to your comfortable seat,
Press down,
Lift your heart high,
Take a big belly breath in.
And a long and soothing breath out.
If you feel safe,
You're welcome to close your eyes.
Now,
Would you ever talk about the importance of meditation?
Now,
Would you ever talk to a friend or even an enemy the way that you talk to yourself sometimes?
What's the matter with you?
Why haven't you achieved this?
What's that cellulite on your thighs?
Whatever the critical voice is,
Comparison today is at an all-time high.
Whatever the critical voice is,
Comparison today is at an all-time high.
Comparison kills our inner energy and our light.
Comparison keeps us from caring for others because we're so overwhelmed with the inner dialogue that we're unable to extend ourselves and be available listening,
Loving,
And caring for others.
So,
In this practice,
We notice when our negative voice is overriding our compassionate and loving voice,
Transmuting in that moment loving-kindness,
Transmuting in that moment thoughts of overwhelm and discouragement into courage and possibility.
We can do it.
I can do it with my own help with your help and by leaning into the greater help of what is meant to be.
Drop into your bones,
Become close to where you are at the moment.
Identifying your experience,
Find words to name so that you may tame the naysayer.
Naysayers are on the inside and naysayers are on the outside.
Tame the naysayer so you can pump the muscle of the yaysayers.
The internal yaysayers,
The external yaysayers,
So we hear positive encouraging voices.
And this is very uplifting energy which will propel us forward to become more positive and encouraging.
We are going to be able to move forward to becoming the champion that you are already.
Transmuting external judgment of others into positive reinforcement for the goodness you are driving in the world.
And while meditation is not meant to be about goals,
Aspirations and achievement,
It is meant to dissolve barriers and obstacles in our way so that we may fulfill our deep seated purpose.
Believe in the you that is unique and special and put here for good purpose.
Press down,
Lift your heart high,
Take a big belly breath in,
Fill up.
And release,
Let go.
Release the need to control.
Transmute that sense of need to control into permission to open up and receive.
Allow in positive vibes,
Cultivate positive vibes.
Transmute the cells into a high vibrational frequency.
This is healing for your physicality,
Your mentality,
Your emotionality.
And if you are a believer in this thinking of your spirituality,
Connection to a greater source,
Higher power.
This is very individual practice,
Yours.

Lift your heart high,
Fill up,
Breathe in.
And release out darkness,
Toxicity and eliminating beliefs.
And when you're on the verge of judging yourself or judging another,
In that instant repeatedly over and over to retrain and rewire this brain of ours that is plastic,
We change our vernacular.
I am a champion.
When you hear yourself judging someone,
You're not judging them.
I am a champion.
When you hear yourself judging someone or the inner critic shouting at you,
Turn those words upside down.
I am a champion.
Releasing,
Releasing,
Releasing even more the negative binding,
Constricting energy.
Free yourself to realize all that you are capable of,
Pressing out,
Getting large,
Breathe in,
Fill up,
Expand,
Transmute and remain large,
Wide open to receive and shine.
Plug in and shine out.
And release out.
Physically noticing the chest and heart space,
Softening the shoulders,
Pressing your heart forward,
Lifting your head and holding it high,
Standing with a dignified posture.
And rest your bones,
Drop into ease.
This is the new you.
