But then, the clouds part, the sun beams through and you angle your face up to the sky and receive the hot, radiant warmth upon your skin. This is bright. This is healing. This is vitality. This state of mind is available to you anytime, all the time. In this practice, we learn that by shifting our mindset for the positive, we will feel more in control, invigorated, inspired, energized and able to function at an optimum level.
