While in quarantine and living a life of restriction, it is important to focus on where we do have abundance and freedom. Mother nature knows no Covid-19. Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, rain is falling, and the sun is shining. Allow yourself to expand as nature is now doing, into possibility and flow.

Hello,

Welcome.

Today's meditation is going to focus on being in flow with nature.

Spring is in the air.

And though we're consumed with limitation and the thought of everything we used to know that we cannot have or do,

It is truly a time to witness what is happening,

What is working properly,

What is going right.

Nature knows no COVID-19.

She continues to blossom and grow and birds continue to chirp and grass continues to grow.

Rain happens,

Sun rises.

So drop into your body and let's take a moment to foster possibility and foster gratitude for the simple things in life.

Getting back to basics,

Connecting with the earth,

Making homemade food items,

DIY entertainment.

Human beings are creatures who desire to stay in motion.

And we have so many ideas that we can put these ideas to work and match our energy level with our efforts and find harmony,

Much like nature is doing today.

So come to a comfortable seat.

Let's your body feel supported.

Even though these are difficult times financially,

Emotionally,

Socially.

Allow your cells,

The C-E-L-L-S,

Your cells to rest in a state of comfort,

Security and abundance.

If you feel safe,

You're welcome to close your eyes.

Breathing in and breathing out.

This is the time to be taking deep belly breaths and long exhales to calm the nervous system.

It doesn't take much and we are transformed.

So maybe thinking about this time and stillness to think about nothing.

This time and stillness is time for incubating your ideas.

Exciting energy and incubating possibility.

Humans are resilient.

It is anyone's guess what will come of this.

What possibility might emerge.

Placing your hands on your lower belly.

This will connect you with yourself.

Inherently provide a sense of connection,

Comfort and security.

What I like to reflect upon during these times where we aren't able to habitually reach out and shop or go out and dine and drink and party is that we must tune inward and find simpler ways to become content.

Simplifying our needs and meeting them.

If you feel crushed by fear and uncertainty and doubt,

You're not alone.

You're validated.

But they are not real.

They're simply your brain feeding you signals.

And meditation gives us tools,

Sharpens our executive functioning brain to manage what our brain is feeding us.

The choice is yours.

No judgment,

No shame.

Still acknowledging,

Infusing courage to choose.

Breathing in and releasing.

Where did you go?

If you're caught in thought,

It's okay.

Drop into the body.

And acknowledge a new sensation.

Notice what it feels like between your toes.

Notice what it feels like under your arms.

Notice the sensations in your mouth.

Anytime we can get our body,

Our cells,

Our mind out of a state of fear and into a state of awareness.

Tuning into your existing state.

We reduce inner conflict and external resistance.

Being in flow.

Acknowledge and release.

Acknowledge and release.

One more time.

Acknowledge.

Really acknowledge right where you are.

Meet yourself.

And release.

Now call to mind something you're grateful for.

Bring this item,

This thing,

This event,

This person,

This experience that you're grateful for into your awareness and rest your attention on it for 12 seconds.

And release.

Take a big belly breath in and a longer breath out.

Hands on the tummy.

Hands come to heart center.

And two hands rest upon your eyes.

Release.

Exhale.
