
6 Steps For Manifestation

My name is Meredith Ram and I am excited to share with you today my six-step process for manifestation.
I think we're so lucky as human beings to have the ability to control and shift our thoughts and so in the past I know that I've thought oh my thoughts are their own thing I don't have any control over them but through the process of meditation I've been able to see that I can still my mind I can quiet out the negative thoughts and begin to open up to what I really would like to feel in my life.
Manifestation is really about shifting your thoughts what you think becomes and more importantly what you feel becomes and so when you say things in your mind like I don't want this thing I don't want you know to feel this way I don't want this to happen actually the universe doesn't pick up on the don't they just hear what it is that you're thinking or feeling so it's really important to shift thoughts into positive thoughts into what it is you're actually wanting in your life and the other thing about manifestation is that it doesn't happen right away so if you start thinking okay I want to feel this way and I want to have this in my life it usually takes a little bit of time and consistency for you that to even begin to shift and show up in the world around you and I found that 40 days is about the amount of time it takes to really start to see a shift in your life after shifting your thoughts and your feelings and your beliefs.
40 days is also the amount of time that a lot of spiritual practices are held because it's around the amount of time that it takes to develop a new habit or to change the neural pathways in the mind so the first step in the six-step process is to simply figure out what it is you want.
Where do I see myself in five years or three years or even next month?
The first step is really about sitting down being with your thoughts thinking about your future and knowing on a deeper level even more than like what physical items you want in your life but how do you want to feel every day and what do you want to what do you really imagine and visualize happening for you in your life and what would happen around you in order for you to begin to feel those feelings just figure out what it is that you really want and need in your life and the how when you surrender it up to a greater good it will be figured out on its own just allow yourself to dream big and really think about it what it is that you see for your life.
The second step once you know what it is you really want is to visualize it and then to feel it in your body so what would it be like for you to already have this thing that you really want in your life even just take a moment right now close your eyes imagine what it is that you want in your life begin to see it what it looks like what's around you and then on a deeper level what is that feeling in your body what is the feeling behind having that.
The third step is about gratitude and so if we're only looking at the future and trying to think about what it is we vision and what we intend for ourselves then we're really missing a big part of the process which is being grateful for what we already have even if it's only five dollars in the bank account or even if it's only having a nice meal to eat tonight that's the only thing you can be grateful for then then be grateful for that because once you start to tap into gratitude it raises up your vibration and you begin this snowball effect of attracting more of what you already have those good things in your life so this is about shifting from the negative thinking and what we don't want into wow I actually have so much and I'm so grateful to have everything that I do have and there's this quote I've been saying every day in my meditation by Gabrielle Bernstein it's I have everything I need and I welcome so much more so that really opens you up still to receive what it is that you are intending on but it doesn't you don't forget what it is you do have which is such an important part in this process the fourth step is to be consistent so if you're just thinking once in a while oh yeah I am trying to think positively and you do that that's great but it needs to be a daily consistent practice so whether you have some kind of gratitude journal or you take a little bit of time out of your day to meditate I really encourage you to find a routine and a consistent practice around both the visualizing feeling and expressing gratitude for what you have in your life and so luckily our intentions don't necessarily come like right away so we have to be really intentional about what we want again and again the fifth step is really about being patient and just knowing that it's coming taking the time every day to think to feel to visualize and so when you start to shift your thoughts and your beliefs doors will open for you new opportunities will start to arise and so a part of being in this patience is also about taking action and so if the universe opens a door to you and something you're intending begins to happen but then you're too afraid to actually take the opportunity and say yes to it then that's giving the universe mixed signals and so you really need to say yes when those things come because the universe is not going to grant you anything that you're not ready for and so you just need to trust that you are ready and that you can take on this new opportunity and it might take you out of your comfort zone and it might take some courage but it's really important that you say yes that you open to yourself with this patience and then as the opportunities come to take action the last step in the manifestation process is about letting go and so if you are just envisioning and intending and feeling the gratitude and you're just working on that every day but you're holding on to it and grasping to it and feeling attached to it and I need to have this thing then that's a very constrictive closed energy and so we want to open ourselves into a state of expansiveness and so this is where it is so key to let go to visualize even just the surrendering to what it is that you are intending for yourself and to fully surrender into what is unknown and to say this is what I'm intending this is what my prayers this is what I'm grateful for but at the end of the day to leave it in the hands of the divine and that is so empowering when you can actually let go and be open to the best possible outcome of what is coming to you another part of the process which I have found so key and important is around sharing your vision sharing your intention sharing your prayers and so the times that I've been in community especially with other women where we all share what it is we are visioning this deepest hearts prayer that is when it really starts to raise up in the collective consciousness and happen a lot more quickly I found that coming together as women and sharing our deepest hearts intentions is so powerful to not only start to believe in yourself but to actually raise the collective consciousness around what it is you want and need in your life so thank you so much for being here as part of this manifestation training from my heart to yours namaste
