Okay,
So you can let your eyes close when you're ready.
And bring your attention inwards and relax your body.
Give the weight of your body over to the chair,
The couch,
The bed.
Let there be a heaviness in your body.
And start to withdraw your attention away from the front of your brain and the forehead.
Away from plans for now.
Like you're going to take a nap.
Or fall asleep for the day.
Release any tension in the heart center.
In the throat.
And then let yourself take a breath that would feel really good in your body right now.
Nice deep breath.
With a long and slow exhale.
You can do that a couple times.
And letting the doer go for now.
The doer can be very active in us when we don't have a sense of trust or faith.
It will make us feel like we have to control all the outcomes.
But let all of that go and really fall into a feeling of warmth.
Like a light surrounding that.
Just let yourself believe it even if you don't.
Let yourself believe for a moment that the universe or whatever other power or just life itself wants you to be happy.
Full faith that life wants you to be happy.
And that the plan is even better than yours.
The one that you have had up to this point.
Way better.
And let that help you to release any feeling of needing to control.
Let yourself condition the mind in trust and faith.
Bathe in faith for this time period.
Bathe in gratitude and appreciation.
For the health of your body.
For the support of the beings in your life.
For the safety in this moment.
In this beautiful space.
And for your breath.
And then bring an image of one of the things that you're wishing to manifest in your mind.
Something that you have clarity around.
And put yourself in a scenario that you would be in if that were true.
Any scenario and definitely choose one.
Be decisive about it.
And then bring that scenario into the now.
Not some future dream but right now so that you can feel it in your senses.
Maybe you feel where your hands are touching or what smells are there or what you can see with your eyes.
And you don't have to rush through it.
Just let yourself really go into your imagination.
And don't go into how it's going to happen at all.
Not even a little bit.
No planning.
Just let yourself feel the feelings of it already being there.
And inviting those feelings in maybe some feeling of ease or comfort.
Or happiness or excitement.
Joy.
Maybe it's pride,
Confidence.
Safety.
And let those feelings into your mind,
Into your heart.
And into your whole body.
Opening yourself to happiness.
Well-being.
Peace of mind.
