Take a walk to your own cozy cabin where you will heal, rejuvenate, and release all your stress and worries. This meditation is also designed to be used in conjunction with the Winter Solstice. Winter can be a time fraught with challenges. For some, it's a period of too much to do and not enough time. Between shopping and holiday parties, it can feel as if there's always somewhere to be. For others, it might be a painfully lonely time, with constant reminders of the closeness we miss in our own lives. Even the season itself can wear us down. For me, the long, dark nights tend to zap my energy. I'm constantly craving rest and yet reaching for another cup of coffee instead. Not giving my body what it naturally yearns for can make me feel like I'm coming apart at the seams. It's for these reasons and more I made this meditation specifically for winter. It's calming, relaxing, and deeply nourishing. Step into your cabin. Let go. Breathe. This healing space was made for you.
