
Find Peace & Healing With Your Inner Critic
This meditation is going to take you on a journey of connecting with, healing, and finding peace within the self-critical and self-judgmental part of yourself. Because working with our inner critic can bring up a lot of intense and overwhelming feelings, this meditation is going to relax, support, and guide you the entire way. You will feel held and in a safe space every step of the way. The goal of this meditation is to help you to feel at peace with this part of you, so that it no longer feels like a scary, separate part of you, but rather a part of yourself that is also in need of healing, and ready to be brought back into wholeness with your whole being. Because the part of us that is critical is often layered into our sense of self, I recommend doing this meditation more than once, so that you can peel back the layers and get back to your true, loving Self.
