Drift Into Sleep: A Guided Yoga Nidra For Sleep
This is a one-hour guided practice for sleep. Inspired by the practice of Yoga Nidra, this practice offers many of the stages in the practice of Yoga Nidra, but not all. The purpose of this practice is to guide you into deep states of relaxation, allowing you to drift peacefully into sleep. This exercise is paired with delta wave binaural beats to enhance your transition into a restful night of sleep. The first 15-minutes of the practice are guided and then you are left resting peacefully with the delta binaural beats. Unlike other Yoga Nidra practices, I will not bring you out of the practice. This special meditation is designed to guide you into sleep and allow you to rest peacefully there.
