Guided Anahata Chakra (8:14) Take an interactive journey through the seven chakras while listening to music created specifically for each chakra. The first half of each of the seven meditations includes Michael’s sound healing to redirect and shift brain waves, while Megan’s soothing voice guides you through visualizations on the attributes and functions of the chakra; You are also asked questions to gain personal insight into the current stream of awareness of the energy center. Then delve deeper into meditation in whatever way the chakra presents itself to you while continuing to listen to the corresponding vibrational sounds. Meditation is the most creative, authentic way to introduce oneself to, explore, and expand the seven energy centers. These meditations can be used individually to focus on one chakra or together to transform the whole subtle body.

Anahata chakra,

Meaning unstruck or unhurt.

It represents self-acceptance,

Our social identity,

And its demon is grief.

Location is the heart center.

The color is green.

It's the sense of touch and clairsentience,

The ability to feel things that are not there physically.

It's connected to the element of air.

And its function is to govern the thymus gland,

The heart,

The lungs,

And the chest.

It brings us joy,

An excess in relationship,

And it's the point of balance between the lower three chakras and the upper three chakras,

Allowing us to be human in a divine or cosmic form.

Connecting matter with spirit.

The Bijjha sound of the Anahata chakra is YAM,

Y-A-M.

You can imagine the sound of wind.

It brings us the energy of compassion and unconditional love.

Ask yourself the following questions openly and honestly.

Do I feel compassion for those with faults and troubles?

Am I able to accept others just as they are and have fulfilling relationships?

Do I carry grief in my heart?

Am I able to forgive past hurts for others?

And what can I forgive myself for?

Do I love myself unconditionally?

Continue to keep your awareness in the Anahata chakra in the center of the heart,

Visualizing or experiencing any of the previously mentioned connections in the center,

Where you can create a mantra.

Use one of the following mantras.

I choose love,

The greatest healer.

I have the right to love and be loved.
