This course is designed to help you calm, regulate, and rebalance your nervous system using the natural power of sound frequencies. Throughout our time together, you’ll learn how different frequencies interact with your brain and body to guide you out of survival states like fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, and into a place of greater calm and safety. We'll keep the science simple, grounded, and easy to understand so that you can really feel connected to the process. Each day, we’ll explore a few key sound frequencies—like 432 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, and 852 Hz—and how they can support emotional healing, physical relaxation, and deeper nervous system regulation. You'll not only hear about the research behind these frequencies, but you’ll also experience them firsthand through guided sound sessions designed to help your body shift naturally toward balance. You don’t need any special background or experience; all you need to do is show up, listen, and allow the sound to do its work. By the end of the course, you’ll have a better understanding of your own stress responses and why you might sometimes feel stuck in anxiety, shutdown, or overwhelm. More importantly, you’ll leave with simple tools you can keep using to regulate your nervous system anytime life feels heavy. Sound is a gentle, powerful way to give your body and mind a chance to reset—without needing to force or figure everything out.
