In this short course we’ll be working with a handful of Tarot cards to recognise, acknowledge, process, and, where appropriate, transform your emotions. The beauty of this method is that along with creating the conditions for emotional balance, by working through the course you will also develop your relationship with the Tarot and the specific cards we work with. You can take this course as a standalone module, and it also fits into the Tarot for Life series as module number three. This series is aimed at intermediate Tarot readers, so if you’re completely new to Tarot, you should start with Keziah's Tarot Wisdom course, also available here on Insight Timer, before moving on to the Tarot for Life series. Please do use the course classroom if you have any questions, reflections, or would just like to share with your fellow participants or receive a Tarot card.
