In this three-day course, you’ll be guided through short, compassionate teachings followed by grounding practices designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce chronic tension and anxiety, and rebuild trust in your body’s natural rhythms. Rather than pushing for change or revisiting painful stories, the focus is on creating safety through presence, breath, orientation, and gentle body awareness. Each day builds on the last, beginning with understanding fear as a protective response, moving into compassionate listening to the body, and ending with practical ways to anchor safety in everyday moments. This course is especially supportive for sensitive, intuitive, or high-functioning individuals who appear steady on the outside but carry quiet stress or vigilance within. No prior meditation experience is required, only a willingness to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet yourself with kindness.
