Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author, Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology and a Master’s degree in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.

In this lesson, we'll understand that in the background, we are always feeling or thinking something. This lesson will empower you with a tool that, like a computer program, can be installed to run in the background - one that keeps you attuned to gratitude all day long.

Thank Yourself

In this lesson, we will add a powerful tool to add to your gratitude practice. This one, you will use weekly. You'll need a separate notebook for this, but it's going to become very special to you. Using this tool will increase your gratitude for yourself. Self-love is a form of gratitude, with the same (or even more) positive effects on your overall health.
