Find yourself a quiet place to sit.

Turn off your phone or dim any invasive lights.

This is your time.

A time for total relaxation and stillness.

Take a moment and make sure that you are warm enough,

That you are seated comfortably.

Rest your hands loosely in your lap and just close your eyes.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Hold it for just a moment and then slowly exhale,

Allowing any tension to melt away as you gradually relax more and more deeply with each breath.

Take another long,

Slow breath in.

Hold it for just a moment and then exhale,

Emptying your lungs completely with your outbreath.

And take a third deep breath in.

Take your time.

Hold it for a moment and then let it go.

You may already start to feel yourself drifting into a state of deep relaxation.

And continue to breathe slowly and gently as you bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Just sense or imagine a feeling of relaxation beginning to spread down from the top of your scalp.

Feel the muscles in your forehead and temples relaxing.

Allow your eye muscles to relax.

Let your cheeks and jaw soften and let go of all tension in your head and your face.

Now let this peaceful and healing feeling flow down into your neck.

Feel it loosening every muscle and every fiber.

With each breath you take,

This feeling becomes deeper and warmer.

It works its way deep into the muscles of your shoulders,

Soothing them,

Releasing them,

Softening them.

This peaceful feeling now flows down from your shoulders and into your arms.

It loosens the muscles in your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Relaxing and soothing all the way from your shoulders down to the tips of your fingers.

And as your body relaxes,

Your mind and your brain relaxes a little bit too.

It's as though your thoughts seem to become lighter.

Bring your awareness now into your chest and your stomach.

Feel how this area of your body just gently rises and falls with each breath you take.

The peaceful sensation flows throughout this area of your body,

Soothing every muscle in your torso,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

And relaxing and healing every organ in your body.

Turn your attention to your upper back and feel this relaxing sensation flow all the way down your spine.

As it gradually works its way down your body,

Feel every muscle in your back relax and unwind.

Feel that your entire upper body has become loose,

Soft,

At ease.

Feel your hips relax as this peaceful feeling starts to work its way through your lower body.

Relax your buttocks,

The backs of your thighs,

The fronts of your thighs,

Your hips.

Feel all of these large,

Strong muscle groups becoming looser and more relaxed with each moment.

Soothing feelings of relaxation now flow down through your knees and into your calves.

Your ankles relax,

Your feet relax.

Now allow your entire body to relax completely and allow any remaining tension from anywhere in your body to flow out through the tips of your toes.

You are comfortable,

Peaceful,

And relaxed.

From deep within this silent space inside of you,

A voice can be heard,

A voice of your own self,

Its loving words echoing in your mind and heart.

I am without beginning or ending.

I am eternal.

I am free to experience this life in any way I choose.

My consciousness is not bound by time or space.

Like the universe itself,

I am vast.

I am limitless.

I am free from all concerns about the past.

I am free from all concerns and anxieties about the future.

I trust that my life is in perfect order and unfolding to a plan that was created just for me.

I release my grip on life.

I am calm in the knowledge that all of my needs are taken care of.

I am open to all of life's experiences.

As the moments of my life come and go,

I am at peace.

I do not judge these moments.

I welcome them.

I observe them.

I accept them all.

If problems arise,

I do not resist them.

I observe them with a calm,

Open mind,

For I know they will resolve in time.

In the quiet spaces between my thoughts and worries,

Inspiration comes to me.

In this space,

All becomes clear.

My life transforms in magical and unexpected ways.

Obstacles that once seemed impassable now seem insignificant.

I rise effortlessly above all challenges to a place of serenity and knowing.

My path forward is becoming clearer and clearer.

I trust in the natural flow of life.

I resist nothing.

I yearn for nothing.

I gratefully receive all that comes my way.

My consciousness is not bound by time or space.

Like the universe itself,

I am limitless.

I am vast.

I am whole.

And take a moment now and just rest,

Absorbing the healing words offered to you from the soul space deep inside of you.

Be You are ready now to return to a full waking state and to take this sense of newfound freedom with you into your daily life.

Become aware of your physical body and the room in which you sit.

Look at all your fingers and your toes.

Maybe sway a little bit.

And when you are ready,

In your own time,

Open your eyes.
