This is a meditation to support you with anxiety.

I'm so happy we are here together to share this space.

Find a comfortable space to sit or lay down.

Put a little extra attention on your neck and your lower back,

Making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

Close your eyes if that feels right.

Let's gather our breaths together.

Breathing in,

And exhaling slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

And again,

Breathing in,

And exhaling slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

And one more time,

Breathing in,

And exhaling slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

Gathering yourself to be here now with me,

Together in this space.

You tread lightly with two lines of thinking going at all times.

I am doing what I am doing,

And what am I doing?

I am doing what I am doing,

And what does this say about me?

I am doing what I am doing,

And is it enough?

Am I enough?

Is this right?

Am I doing what I am supposed to do?

And it is exhausting.

It is exhausting.

Breathe in in this moment,

Calm and peace.

Breathe out worry and fear.

Let's separate from the exhaustion and set it free.

Let's separate from the anxiety and set it free.

Let's separate from the fear and set it free.

Breathe in calm and peace.

Breathe out worry and fear.

Bring your mind only to this moment and this breath,

Right here,

Right now.

In this space between us,

Where there is no judgment,

No worry,

No fear.

Breathe in calm and peace.

Breathe out worry and fear.

Settling in,

Settling down,

One single breath at a time,

One single moment at a time.

Settling in,

Settling down,

One single breath at a time,

One single moment at a time.

Let's take a few minutes in supported silence together.

Staying with the breath,

One single breath at a time,

One single moment at a time.

One single breath at a time,

One single moment at a time.

One single breath at a time,

One single moment at a time.

Now as we prepare to move through our meditative space,

Let's take three slow and deliberate breaths together.

Breathing in and exhaling slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

And again,

Breathing in and exhaling slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

And one more time,

Breathing in and exhaling slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

Allow your breath to return to its natural pace.

And when you're ready,

But not before,

Slowly begin to open your eyes and take with you the peace of this moment to support you in the rest of your day.

Thank you.

Namaste.
