Quan Yin Transmission

This is a guided Meditation with Sound Healing to cleanse, heal, relax, and replenish. Journey to a beautiful place and allow yourself to be held in the nourishing, loving, and compassionate vibration of the Goddess Quan Yin, the Goddess of Love and Mercy.

Transcript

Welcome to this guided Kuan Yin meditation.

Kuan Yin,

The beautiful and radiant goddess of love,

Compassion and mercy.

Bring your awareness to your breathing.

Allow yourself to fully sink into your body,

Into your being,

Into this present moment.

Allow your breathing to become a little deeper and a little slower.

As you breathe deeply,

Beautiful white golden light begins to fill the space you are in.

White golden light of source,

Of the Christ light,

Of the Sun and the Great Central Sun.

This light flows into your entire space,

Into the walls,

The ceiling,

The floor,

The doors and the windows.

And if you are outside,

It creates a beautiful sphere of golden white light around you.

Allow yourself to be held in this beautiful light-filled space.

Only the energies that are to your highest benefit can flow into your space.

Around this layer of golden light,

A layer of beautiful emerald and jade green and around that,

A layer of high vibrational rainbow golden light.

Imagine breathing in through your feet,

Through the bottom of your body.

Breathing in the vibration and the energy of the earth.

Allow it to flow through your body and exhale through your crown at the top of your head,

Allowing your crown to gently open.

Now breathe in deeply through your crown.

Allow your breath to flow through your body and then breathe out through the bottom of your body,

Deeply into the earth.

Now take a deep breath in through the top of your head and the bottom of your body.

Allow your breath to meet in your sacred heart space and then exhale through your open heart space into all directions,

Allowing your heart to gently open.

Slowly a beautiful portal of light becomes visible in front of you.

A portal of golden white rose quartz and aquamarine light.

Codes of light are flowing translucently through this portal and so take a deep breath and allow your light body to begin to travel to journey as you flow through the portal of light.

You now find yourself in beautiful surroundings.

It looks like an incredible part of a magical high vibrational jungle.

There is a body of water in front of you,

Like a crystal clear natural pool,

Like a small lake.

It's not too deep and you can see the beautiful fine white sand on the ground.

Around this body of water you find beautiful crystals,

Rose quartz,

Amethyst,

Beautiful green crystals and also aquamarine and rainbow aura crystals.

You see incredible flowers,

Beautiful trees and at the backside of the natural pool there is a beautiful waterfall gently flowing into the pool of crystal clear water.

Beautiful light fills this entire space but when you look up you can see the entire cosmos.

You are standing in front of this body of water with your bare feet on the white sand.

You feel the earth beneath you.

You find yourself wearing beautiful white clothes,

A beautiful light material shimmering in the light and to the right of the beautiful pool of crystal clear water the radiant goddess Kuan Yin appears.

Feel into her beautiful vibration,

Into her gentleness and kindness,

Into the love and compassion that flows from her being and this entire space is held in her loving vibration.

You slowly make your way into the water.

It can be as shallow or deep as you like and just feel this beautiful high vibrational water surrounding your body,

Your being and you make your way towards the back to the waterfall either walking,

Wading through the water or swimming and the waterfall consists of beautiful high vibrational water of light and you can just stand beneath it and allow the gentle stream of water to flow onto your head and your shoulders,

Your body.

It is now violet light that flows to you and through you,

A violet waterfall of the violet flame and this violet light moves through your entire body and being,

All levels of your being and begins to clear out any energies that no longer serve you.

This light clears anything that you've taken on from others,

That you may have picked up from the collective.

It gently moves through your body and being,

Cleanses you deeply.

So allow yourself to be fully cleansed,

Allow these stagnant energies to be washed out of your field,

Out of your body and just breathe out into the water.

The waterfall begins to turn into light of pure gold.

It contains the light and the codes of the sun,

The great central sun and the light of the stars and so just allow this light to begin to fill you up as this golden water flows onto your body,

Flows into all levels of your being.

Allow yourself to receive these beautiful golden codes of light as your being becomes lighter.

Allow yourself to be truly filled up,

To replenish,

To surrender fully to this light and this beautiful place,

To surrender fully to the beautiful vibration of love and compassion that Kuan Yin is bathing you in.

Kuan Yin has made her way into the beautiful crystal clear pool of water and so you walk or swim towards her until you're right in front of her.

She opens her heart deeply for you.

A stream,

A beautiful river of love and compassion finds its way to you and so allow your heart to open on yet deeper levels.

Allow yourself to receive this blessing of deep unconditional love and true compassion.

You slowly drift onto your back and this water magically holds you afloat.

There's nothing you have to do.

Kuan Yin places one hand below you on your back in the water and the other on your sacred heart space and she begins to move you around in the water ever so gently so that you may experience the sensation of being held,

Of flow,

Of lightness and she moves you through this crystal clear water holding you in her light,

In her love.

Allow yourself to breathe anything that feels heavy,

Anything you're struggling with,

Any challenges you might be facing.

Release all of this heaviness into the water.

Imagine breathing out through your entire body into the water as you allow yourself to truly release all dense energies,

Any heaviness.

Enjoy this moment of being carried through this water,

Of being held in this water.

The sensation of divine flow as you allow yourself to truly release and surrender.

And as Kuan Yin moves you through this beautiful water,

A ray of gold,

Of white,

Of rose quartz and of aquamarine light flows from her hands into your entire body and being,

Through your back,

Through your open heart and this light begins to move deeply into your body and being.

Allow yourself to truly receive,

Allow this healing light to flow deep into your being so that your cells may drink from this high vibrational healing light.

Imagine your entire body and being drinking from this beautiful ray of radiant light.

Allow all aspects of your being to bathe in this light,

In this water.

Allow your light and your darkness to be held in this sacred,

Safe space.

Surrender to the sensation of flow.

Feel the beautiful water all around you and keep breathing deeply as you receive this deep healing transmission of the beautiful goddess Kuan Yin.

Oh um And so take another deep breath in as Kuan Yin gently moves you back onto your feet within the water.

You feel the beautiful,

Soft,

White sand underneath your feet and Kuan Yin lets you know that you are already whole,

That you are enough,

That you are a sacred being,

That you are a divine being of light and she encourages you to open your heart to yourself more and more,

Bit by bit,

Allowing yourself to be who you are with all aspects of your being.

She smiles at you in deep appreciation and love and sends a beautiful blessing from her heart to yours and you slowly begin to make your way back,

Stepping out of the beautiful body of water and you lay on the white sand.

You close your eyes and the beautiful rays of the sun warm your body.

All of the crystals around the beautiful body of water light up and so keep breathing deeply and allow all of this healing,

All of the light,

The vibration of Kuan Yin's presence to anchor deep within your body and being,

Feeling the ground beneath you and the sun on your body.

The portal of white and golden light which you journeyed through slowly reappears above you.

Its beautiful light embraces your body and being and so take a deep breath in and allow yourself to flow through the portal as you slowly journey back to this time,

This place.

Breathe yourself back into your body,

Take your time to journey back gently,

Take all the time you need to fully come back and whenever you're ready you can open your eyes.
