Okay.

Thank you.

All right.

So let's begin.

Allow yourself to settle into the space around you and bringing to mind that specific limiting belief.

For example,

Maybe I'm unsafe or I am unheard or I am misunderstood.

Could be I'm not enough.

Whatever it is for you,

Just recognize that default thought in your mind.

Taking a nice breath in through the nose,

Expanding the belly and exhale.

And allowing yourself to open up to the possibility that this is a pattern,

That this may feel very true,

And also that we can update this now,

That we can warm up to the idea that something else might be possible and is possible.

And so when you think about this belief,

I want you to bring to your mind what it would feel like to feel the opposite.

So what would the opposite be for you?

Feeling safe.

Feeling understood.

What would that really look like for you?

Just imagining that and allowing your mind to go there,

Like what might be possible,

Believing the opposite.

And how would you know?

How would you know?

We don't have to solve all of this right now,

But just give yourself that next best step,

That small shift.

What might it feel like,

Look like?

And how would you know?

And can you name what emotion might feel present along with that?

Is there emotion that you could name?

Or even thinking about what sensations,

Noticing the sensations in your body that become present when you think about that idea.

What are they?

Is it lightness?

Tingling?

Maybe it feels airy or expansive.

Maybe it feels a little new and unfamiliar.

Grounding into the space around you,

Knowing that you are safe in this moment and allowing yourself an opportunity to explore.

And so let's move through the other areas of life,

The seven areas of life and finding evidence of this new expansive and empowering belief where you are enough or understood or safe.

Thinking about career or purpose and noticing traits of yours or behaviors in this area of your life that make you believe the new empowering thought.

Where do you see evidence of this for yourself in this area?

Career or purpose?

Is there an experience that comes to mind when you think about that new belief?

Skills in this area that help support it or make it true?

Are there other people or peers that look to you for you to create safety or maybe you create understanding for them?

What skills or morals or values do you exhibit in how you show up in this area with others?

When with yourself?

Breathing at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for you.

The natural rhythm of your breath.

Notice what this creates in your body.

Now we can move into the personal growth or mental intellect area of life and our learnings.

Think of an accomplishment you have in this area that supports that new belief.

Maybe something you've overcome,

Broken through,

A fear you faced,

A learning you've completed.

And as you notice,

Think of an accomplishment or accomplishments.

Just bring them to mind.

And notice how this makes you feel.

Just to think about it.

What sensations are present?

How does this support that belief?

How are you creating safety?

How are you hearing yourself or feeling understood for yourself in this area?

The ability you have to take initiative,

The natural abilities or traits that support you in this area.

Maybe it's your intelligence or your creativity,

Your persistence,

Perseverance.

And as you notice what comes up,

Anchor into that feeling.

So allowing yourself to notice and then feeling it even a little bit more.

Connect that memory and the emotion that it creates for you.

Let us move into the financial area of life.

The responsibility you take,

The challenges you've overcome,

Or the intentions you've set.

And the skills you have that allow you to work at this next level that you've created for yourself in this area.

And if you think about one specific goal or intention that you've moved towards,

Give yourself an example.

Specific.

And what emotion connects there?

What does that generate in your body?

What are you feeling?

You can name it.

Feel it.

The ability to take care of yourself.

What's coming up?

Is it a pride,

Safety,

Security?

Really anchor into that feeling that's generated.

And if your mind wanders or gets distracted,

Know that that's okay.

And just smile gently and bring it back to this practice.

Let us look at now the physical area of life,

Our health,

Fitness,

Wellness in this area of our life,

Starting by noticing the qualities that you appreciate,

Can be thankful for.

Tend to be a little hard on ourselves in this area.

But let's take a few moments acknowledge all that is going right.

And what you do to support yourself in this area.

I'm thinking of your new empowered belief.

Where are you creating safety in your physical body,

Your physical health?

Or where are you listening to your body and responding appropriately and intentionally?

In a way that feels good,

Supportive.

Think of an example,

A specific if you can.

Noticing how you're able to experience and enjoy the sensation that creates for you in this moment.

Now your body is in support of those experiences.

How it's safe to be in our body and to listen with love to what it needs.

Really anchoring into that.

Whatever it is that you're feeling,

Just allow yourself to feel it a little bit more.

Breathing into that space.

Honoring yourself.

Let us move into the spiritual area of life.

Could be spiritual,

Could be religious,

Or could be connected to your connection,

Your belief,

Your values,

The spiritual area of life.

Your ability to lead with love,

Or align with values and morals that are important to you.

And how do you connect with your spiritual side?

In whatever way that looks like for you.

Are you proud of in this area of life?

Maybe a skill or trade or practice that you're creating or have been creating or creating for yourself.

Maybe there's something specific here in this area that you can bring to mind.

A ritual or a practice.

What does that create for you and your body?

When you think about it?

How does it support you in this new intentional,

Empowered belief?

How is it evidence of your ability to connect?

Your ability to create safety,

Understanding,

Acceptance,

Enoughness.

Just breathing into that.

Anchoring in,

Feeling about it.

Now let us move into the more subtle areas,

The emotional area of life or emotional body.

And warming up to the idea of our awareness here.

Compassion,

Kindness.

What awareness do you have in this area?

What even might be a superpower for you in this area?

Bringing to mind an example,

A specific experience or memory that you have,

Where you felt really heard and understood.

Where you felt really safe,

Supported.

Thinking about this even in relationship to yourself.

A piece of evidence where you can think of being in support of yourself within your emotional body.

Put in all the details.

What did that look like for you?

What was working?

Notice what sensations are being generated or being brought to the surface for you as you think about that.

You might even feel that in your body somewhere and you can place your hand there if you'd like.

Maybe it's warmth in the chest.

Tingling in the belly.

Allow yourself to feel that a little bit more.

And lastly,

We'll move into the relationship area of life.

What traits and qualities do you have in how you show up in relationship?

This could be familial,

It could be romantic,

It could be with colleagues or with friends,

Platonic relationships.

Thinking about the sense of being able to connect with others or offer support to those you love.

Notice even if it's growth or care in how you are evolving for yourself in this area.

Think of an example.

It could be general,

But if you can get specific,

You can do that too.

A specific example of how you show up in relationship in support of this new belief.

Maybe an intention you have where you're creating safety,

Security,

How you show up for others to create that sense of security or understanding.

Whatever it is for you.

What comes to mind?

Maybe how you inspire or encourage others.

Recognizing this quality in yourself,

These qualities.

Trying to see yourself even through the lens of another.

The wonderful qualities that you have,

You bring to others.

Giving yourself more evidence of this new belief.

Opening up to the possibility.

What emotion does that create for you?

Where do you feel that in your body?

What are the sensations that accompany it?

Allowing yourself to feel that.

Breathing into that.

Noticing.

As we come to a close in this practice,

Just taking a few more moments to really anchor into the sensations you're feeling,

The emotions that are present.

Allowing yourself an opportunity to express gratitude for yourself,

For the awareness you're creating,

And for the realizations.

Of how,

In so many ways,

That new belief may already be true for you.

Warming up to the idea.

Making it even truer.

What it would look like for you to create this more regularly for yourself.

Allowing yourself to feel that.

Even more.

Taking a couple more purposeful breaths.

If it feels appropriate,

Bringing your palms together to your heart center.

Offering yourself a wish,

An intention.

Something to take with you from this practice as you move forward through the week,

Through life,

Through the journey.
