As we begin,

Find a comfortable position either sitting in a chair,

Laying on the couch,

Or the comfort of your bed.

This is a practice,

Deep relaxation with the beauty of the Himalayan Tibetan singing bowls.

As you become aware of the back of your eyes,

Relaxing the back of your eyes,

Softening the back of your throat.

This time that you've carved out,

A time to come home to sensations in the body and thoughts in your mind.

Every system,

Every sound receives.

Become aware of the back of your eyes,

Back of your throat,

And continue to move deeply into the abdominal area,

The solar plexus,

And the belly.

As we begin to relax layers and layers in the body,

Silently to yourself,

Breathe in the words,

I am.

And with a beautiful long exhale,

Exhale the word home.

Coming home to peace,

Coming home to your true nature,

Which is pure peace.

Reminding yourself as we relax,

As we come to a place of quiet,

I have everything I am.

Everything I need to quiet the mind and nourish the body.

As you witness the back of your body as it relaxes on the chair,

The couch,

Or the comfort of your bed,

Ask yourself,

Where can I let go a little bit more so the back of my body is more relaxed?

Allowing the vibrations of sound to relax the surface of your skin,

And with each breath moving deeper into layers within the muscle,

Underneath the muscle,

Relaxing the joints.

Each breath allowing a deeper sense of peace.

As we switch on this relaxation response,

We come home to our true nature,

Which is one of pure peace.

And now very slowly bring both palms,

One on top of the other,

As they rest at your heart.

As they rest at your chest,

At your heart,

A place of compassion,

A place of self love,

Self care.

And just silently as we move into a place of relaxation,

A place of ease,

Just silently ask yourself,

What nourishes me?

Just asking the question,

Allowing answers to come.

As you breathe in slowly,

Allowing your hands to rest wherever you're most comfortable.

Breathe in,

And as you breathe in visualize the beauty of light,

Almost as if the in breath has ignited an inner light,

An inner knowing,

A place for healing,

A place of ease.

There's nothing to do,

There's nothing to make happen,

But to just be.

And as you breathe in that light,

With each breath allowing it to get brighter and brighter.

Breathing in,

Filling your body with this radiance.

And as you exhale,

Let this light move to your fingertips,

The top of your head,

And the very bottom of your feet.

As we are reminded,

We have everything we need to relax the body,

To quiet the mind,

And come home to our true nature,

The most authentic place is this place of peace.

In the next few moments,

As you breathe in,

Fill your body with peace,

As a visual of light.

And as you exhale,

Let this light move to your fingertips,

The top of your head,

And the very bottom of your feet.

Breathing in and slowly breathing out,

Allowing the beauty of the Tibetan bowls to soothe the layers within the body.

Bringing our awareness back to the body,

Where it meets the mat,

The comfort of your bed,

The chair,

Or the couch.

And as you check in,

Again ask yourself,

Where else can I let go?

So a little bit more of my body can receive this light,

This ease,

This sense of peace.

As we are reminded in this place of quiet,

This place of ease,

We have everything we need to quiet the mind and nourish the body.

Visualizations have a profound healing effect on the body.

So today as we bring in the elements of nature in our visualization,

Visualize yourself supported on a hammock.

Allow the hammock to be supported by two amazing trees where you witness the roots beneath you.

Take a few breaths and allow the sides of the hammock to come up to greet you so you feel nourished.

As that hammock supports you,

We bring in the elements of nature.

So beneath you are the roots deep within the earth that expand and extend supporting these amazing trees that support the hammock.

And so the roots in these trees represent the earth element and the five elements.

And remind yourself of the stability,

The balance,

And the nourishment of those roots as you relax on your hammock.

And then above you,

Become very aware of the spaciousness of the air element in nature above the branches of the trees.

Almost as if you witnessed the stability,

The balance of the earth beneath you,

As well as the expansion of the sky above you.

Effortless.

As you witness that,

Feel across your forehead an expansion of that blue sky that expands and extends through the throat and your chest and throughout the belly.

And then visualize a beautiful breeze in the air element that moves across your skin.

It's softening.

As this gentle breeze moves across your skin,

It softens the eyes.

It moves through your hair,

Releasing.

And then witness in the distance the beauty of the sound of water,

The beauty of the sound of crystal clear sparkling water as a symbol of our resilience,

Our strength.

And as you listen to the sound of the water in the distance with the beauty of the roots beneath you,

Stability,

Balance,

Nourishment,

And you become aware of the sky and the spaciousness above you.

The gentle breeze that nourishes and the sound of water in the distance.

Visualize how the water moves between rock and it smooths the edges.

It moves between rock and smooths.

It finds its way.

Visualize that today as it moves through your body,

A release,

A smoothing,

Tapping into the gifts of the movement of water.

Water is a symbol,

Cleansing,

Healing,

And silently to yourself,

I go with the flow.

I go with the current.

The rivers of life.

It takes a lot of strength.

In this place of stillness,

In this place of quieting,

Witness you have everything you need.

Tap into the stability,

The balance,

And the nourishment.

The last element on our hammock is the element of fire,

The element of light.

Clean the branches of your tree on your hammock.

Let the beauty of the light of the sun,

Let it shine.

Let it warm the muscles.

Let it be a ray of light that nourishes you.

For the next few moments,

Allowing the Tibetan bowls to play as you witness the beauty of the roots,

Stability,

Nourishment,

Reminding yourself you have what you need,

Just like the roots of that tree,

Stability.

The expansion of the sky,

Possibilities.

The field of potentiality,

Pure.

The resilience of water,

And the beauty of light.

Amen.

In this beautiful place of nature,

In this opportunity to tap into your true nature which is one of pure peace.

Slowly as you breathe in,

Breathe in peace.

As you exhale,

Exhale peace.

As you deepen your breath,

Become aware of the bed that supports you,

The couch or the chair,

Bringing yourself slowly back into the room.

We're going to do a scan one more time,

The whole length of your body,

As we become aware behind the eyes.

And in our relaxed body,

Notice how deeply the breath will move,

Clearing the mind and nourishing.

So again as you breathe in,

Breathe in the words I am.

And with a beautiful exhale,

Slowly exhale the word home.

And with a beautiful exhale,

Slowly exhale the word home.

And as you bring your hands together,

Breathe in the words I am.

And as you bring your hands back to your chest,

To your heart,

One on top of the other,

As you're reminded you have everything you need.

Bring back to your awareness now,

As you silently ask yourself,

What nourishes me?

Asking the question creates an opportunity to set an intention or plan to see,

Living our life true to what makes us happy.

From the top of our head to the very bottom,

Our feet fills with radiance.

And as you bring your hands together,

Breathe in the words I am.

And as you bring your hands back to your chest,

To your heart,

To your heart,

As you're reminded you have everything you need.

And as you bring your hands together,

Breathe in the words I am.

These few moments as we breathe deeply into the body with awareness,

That resets,

Recharges,

Revitalizes as we come to a place of quiet,

As we come to a place of stillness,

We witness our strength.

And as you bring your hands together,

Breathe in the words I am.

And as you bring your hands back to your chest,

To your heart,

To your heart,

As you're reminded you have everything you need.

And as you bring your hands together,

Breathe in the words I am.

And as you bring your hands back to your chest,

To your heart,

To your heart,

As you're reminded you have everything you need.

Thank you.

As the beauty of the bowls create a vibration of sound,

The beauty of vibration of sound is it moves in a spiral around your body,

Allowing this spiral and the beauty of sound to feel nourished.

The breath has an opportunity to move deeply in a relaxed body.

Every system,

Every cell receives.

And as you allow this spiral of sound to move today from the crown of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet and feel nourished,

Coming home to our true nature,

Pure consciousness,

Pure peace,

Pure potential.

And again,

Become aware of the muscles behind your eyes.

Become aware of the temples,

The jaw,

And the back of your throat.

The key places for us,

The tools of our practice are available to us always.

As we become aware of the muscles behind the eyes,

The back of the throat,

We become aware of the muscles deeply within the abdominal area and then ultimately the pelvic floor,

Allowing sound to be a vibration that relaxes layers and layers,

Like an onion,

Like an orange,

Just peeling away the layers to a place of deep peace.

Breathing in peace,

Exhaling peace.

Feeling that peace like light,

Sound,

Warmth.

Music Music Music Music Music And allowing the sound to resonate through you like a blanket of peace.

As you go about the rest of your day,

Knowing you have everything you need within you,

Within this breath,

Within this moment,

For peace.

Namaste.
