This is a deeply calming sound healing practice. It begins with a bell sound, before featuring a five-minute guided meditation accompanied by singing bowls. The last ten minutes are without voice, comprising a beautiful soundscape of singing bowls, allowing you to drift into a state of deep relaxation or peaceful sleep.

Transcript

As we begin,

Bring both palms,

One on top of the other,

At the heart center,

The sternum,

The chest,

And allow your hands to rest at your heart.

And breathe in slowly,

And exhale fully.

These few moments that you've carved out,

An opportunity to connect with the breath,

Sensations in the body,

And thoughts in the mind.

And as we begin,

Leaving one hand at your heart,

Allow the other hand to come to the solar plexus,

The navel area,

The belly.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe in the words,

I am,

Silently.

And as you exhale,

Exhale the word home.

A coming home,

A coming home to your thoughts.

A coming home to sensations in the body,

Welcoming all sensations,

All thoughts,

To bring us to wholeness.

And now allowing your hands to rest so comfortably in your lap.

Becoming aware of the breath,

Inhaling slowly,

Filling yourself with this radiance.

Each system in the body,

Every cell,

Peace.

Becoming aware of the back of your eyes,

Let them relax.

As we relax the muscles all around the back of the eyes.

It helps to quiet the mind.

Relaxing the back of the throat helps to relax deep into the abdominal area.

Slowly inhale,

Slowly exhale fully.

Allowing the beautiful tones of the Himalayan Tibetan bowls to create a spiral of light and healing.

Bringing both palms to your heart again.

And with your hands one on top of the other as you become aware of the beauty of the rhythm of your breath.

Allow yourself to be still.

Allow yourself to feel the sound of the bowls as an opportunity to relax every muscle.

And continue to find that place of ease.

And as you breathe in silently,

Breathe in the words,

I am.

Exhale home and allow that peace to gently move through you.

And with your hands one on top of the other as you become aware of the beauty of the rhythm of your breath.
