Sit or lie down comfortably,

Allowing your body to rest.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a slow,

Deep breath,

Inhaling peace and exhaling any tension.

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Grounding you fully in the present moment.

Allow your body to relax into the surface you are resting on.

Take another slow,

Deep breath,

Inhaling peace and exhaling any tension.

Take one more deep breath,

Inhaling love and exhaling all remaining stress or worry.

As you settle into this space,

Bring to mind a part of yourself that feels in need of healing.

This could be a wounded emotion,

A past experience,

A physical pain or discomfort,

Or any aspect of yourself that feels disconnected or in need of love.

Hold this part of yourself gently in your heart,

Without judgment,

As you prepare to heal and nurture it with love.

Today,

We will use the four phrases of Ho'oponopono,

A Hawaiian practice of healing and renewal.

This practice helps us open our hearts,

Heal inner wounds,

And restore peace within ourselves.

It invites us to acknowledge our pain or suffering,

Express sincere regret for any unkind thoughts,

Words,

Or actions toward ourselves,

And offer unconditional love and forgiveness to ourselves.

Creating space for deep inner transformation.

As we begin this healing process,

Take one more deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Bring your awareness to your heart space.

Feel your heart softening and opening to the possibility of healing.

We will be using the following four phrases of Ho'oponopono.

I'm sorry.

This is an acknowledgement of the times you may not have honored your own needs or when you've been hard on yourself.

With this phrase,

You are recognizing the moments of pain or disconnection within yourself.

Please forgive me.

Forgive yourself for times when you acted out of alignment with your truth or allowed negative patterns to take hold.

This is a moment of compassion where you release any guilt,

Shame,

Or blame,

Allowing forgiveness to flow freely within.

Thank you.

Thank this part of yourself for the lessons and growth that have come from this experience.

Understand that all experiences serve as opportunities for learning.

Acknowledge the strength you've gained and feel gratitude filling your heart.

I love you.

Send love to this part of yourself.

Let this love be unconditional,

Like a warm,

Healing light wrapping around you,

Filling every corner of your being with compassion,

Acceptance,

And peace.

Now,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat these phrases as you direct them to yourself.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Feel the energy of these words as they move through you,

Offering release and compassion.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Again,

Connect deeply with the phrases,

Dissolving self-judgment and opening the door to love and healing.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let these words fill your heart,

Your mind,

Your body with the healing power of love.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And for the next few moments,

Imagine this part of yourself as if it has already been healed.

Picture yourself in the future,

When everything has been resolved and peace has been restored.

See the warmth and harmony in your heart as you see yourself fully healed and at peace.

Feel the positive energy flowing within you in this future version of yourself.

Feel the relief,

The love,

And the freedom that come from this peaceful state.

Let these positive emotions expand like a soft golden light throughout your heart and body.

See yourself appreciating this future healed version of yourself and know that healing is already taking place within you and your peace is being restored.

Now,

Bring your awareness to how you are feeling in this moment as we return once more to the Ho'oponopono phrases.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let the words deepen your connection to the healing energy you have just visualized.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Feel the peace,

The love,

And the compassion that you've nurtured filling your heart.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.

Feel the sense of peace and love that you've just experienced continuing to flow within you.

Carry this healing energy with you as you move forward,

Knowing that your heart is healing and that self-love and peace are always within you.
