This alignment meditation can help you reconnect with the essence of who you are.

And who are you?

You are a beautiful being of love and peace.

To begin,

Get yourself into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

And breathe out any stress or tension from your body.

Feel your body relaxing.

Take another deep breath in.

And breathe out any negative thoughts from your mind.

Feel your mind relaxing.

Take one more deep breath in.

And as you release your breath,

Turn your attention inward where your authentic self is waiting patiently for you.

Now,

Return to your natural breathing pattern.

And notice that your body,

Mind,

And spirit are one and in complete alignment.

If your mind wanders during this meditation,

It's okay.

Simply bring your attention back to your breath and notice as you are breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

You are completely relaxed.

Now,

Repeat the following affirmations silently in your mind.

And connect with the meaning of each affirmation.

I am in perfect alignment with who I am.

I am love.

I am peace.

I am eternal.

I am a bright,

Shining light in this world.

I appreciate this beautiful and abundant life.

Again,

Repeat these affirmations silently.

I am in perfect alignment with who I am.

I am love.

I am peace.

I am eternal.

I am a bright,

Shining light in this world.

I appreciate this beautiful and abundant life.

If your mind wanders,

Simply bring it back.

I am in perfect alignment with who I am.

I am love.

I am peace.

I am eternal.

I am a bright,

Shining light in this world.

I appreciate this beautiful and abundant life.

Remember,

Put your heart and mind behind each word.

I am in perfect alignment with who I am.

For the next few minutes,

Continue to feel these affirmations flowing easily through you.

When your mind wanders,

It's okay.

Gently bring your attention back to your breath and notice as you are breathing in and breathing out.
