This rotation-consciousness-based practice, also known as Shavayatra (pilgrimage or travel through the body), is a form of deep relaxation. It's similar to a body scan, but instead of the muscles, we work more on the nervous system level by directing our awareness to the 61 vital, nerve-rich points of our body. It's a short and relatively easy practice that can help the practitioner sensitize to their pranic body and train their mind how to draw attention inwards.
