I am inviting you to the 61 points meditation.
This practice is also known as Shavayatra which means inner pilgrimage throughout the body.
We'll start with finding a comfortable position.
I recommend relaxing in Shavasana,
Lying on your back while your feet slightly apart,
And slightly away from the body,
Palms facing up.
If this posture is not available for you,
You can choose another position for the body to relax.
The idea is for the body to become as comfortable as possible at the moment.
If you feel comfortable you can close your eyes or just soften your gaze.
When the body comfortably settles,
Become aware of your breathing.
The breath is soft,
Smooth and easy.
You don't need to change anything,
Do anything.
Simply become aware of your inhalations and exhalations.
With this soothing breath,
The body will relax.
You feel your legs are relaxing,
Your hips and pelvis.
Feeling your back muscles softening.
Feeling the weight of your hands and arms on the surface that is supporting you.
Inviting your shoulders and neck to relax.
Letting go of any lingering stress or tension in your shoulders.
Softening your facial expression,
All the facial muscles soft,
Relaxed.
Allowing the mind to relax and focus at the same time.
Now we will begin the journey throughout the 61 sacred points in your body.
As I name each of them,
As if you are mentally touching them,
Gently direct your awareness there.
You may also imagine light or color there or maybe notice a physical sensation.
Whatever your mind decides to create for you is completely fine.
So let's start with bringing your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
Follow of your throat,
Right shoulder,
Inner side of your right elbow,
Right wrist,
Tip of your right thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger and the pinky on your right hand.

Solar plexus,
Center of your chest,
Your throat and the space between your eyebrows.
Now in your mind's eye see all these points together shining like a beautiful night map of the sky.
Every time you inhale the stars on the sky are shining bright.
Every time you exhale they slightly dim.
You can see how your breath and these points communicate in a beautiful call and response.
Just watch that for a moment,
Allowing the breath to brighten and dim the light of the stars of your body.
Every time you inhale the stars shine brightly.
Every time you exhale they slightly dim.
Always slowly bringing awareness to your surroundings,
Hearing the sounds around you,
Feeling the temperature of the air on your skin,
Feeling the body on the surface that supports it.
Start deepening your breath and gently moving your toes,
Your fingers.
Notice how you feel as the practice is coming to the end.
I will strike the singing bowl three times.
You may stay here as long as you want or open your eyes after the third sound fades away.
Aum Shanti,
Aum Peace.
Aum.
Aum.
Aum.
