Hi,

My name is Marcus Bowman,

And I'm inviting you to a practice that is based on Fogo Sagrado.

The practice is called Circle of Insight and Transformation,

And I'm going to invite you to step into a circle in which you can express anything related to a concern,

A struggle that you're going through right now,

Before these aspects are being transformed and a solution presents itself,

Along with a mantra that will be a key to a new energy that you'll be receiving as well.

So to begin,

I'd like to invite you to adopt a standing posture,

Standing tall,

Erect,

Wide,

Breathing,

Placing a hand or both hands on your heart,

Envisioning a circle drawn around you that is protective,

That is safe,

And feeling your good hands on your heart,

Breathing through your heart,

Breathing in and breathing out,

And setting the intention to build a loving,

Connected presence to yourself,

Connecting to the love that you bear for yourself,

Your body,

And connecting to the wise part of you,

Inviting that into the circle,

Breathing,

And envision golden light on your forehead,

Your third eye,

And golden light around you,

Vast,

Expanding,

Standing here,

Breathing.

And now I invite you to envision a circle in front of you into which you're invited to step,

To express your challenge,

Your struggle through words,

Gestures,

Facial expressions.

And you have a particular amount of time.

I'll start by counting down three,

Two,

One,

And then you're invited to step into the circle and express your concern until I say stop.

And don't worry about saying the wrong thing or not saying enough.

What wishes to get expressed will get expressed,

But speak it loudly.

You can also whisper,

But speak it out,

Speak it out,

Express it,

Express it,

Okay?

So ready?

Three,

Two,

One.

Now step into the circle and express your challenge.

Stop.

Now finishing up those last words and stepping back into your first circle and now bringing one hand towards your heart and snapping at the level of the heart and then raising both arms up towards the sky with the words,

I'm now sending all these aspects into a new level of awareness.

Okay,

Snap.

I'm now sending all aspects into a new level of awareness and breathing out strongly.

When leaving your arms up there,

Reaching up towards the sky,

Opening your eyes if they're closed,

Standing tall,

And now slowly and gently bringing both arms down,

Imagining you are pulling down a golden dress of light and putting that on,

Yes,

Putting that on.

And when you're ready,

You're invited to step again into that circle in front of you and to express what wishes to be expressed now,

Again,

Through words,

Gestures,

Facial expression.

I'll count down,

Three,

Two,

One,

And you have some time and I'll say stop.

And again,

Don't worry about saying or doing the wrong thing or not saying enough.

Okay,

Ready?

Three,

Two,

One,

Go.

Step into the circle and express what wishes to be expressed.

Stop.

So finishing up these last few words and stepping back into your first circle,

Placing a hand or both hands on your heart,

Breathing here,

Connecting to yourself,

To loving,

Kind awareness,

To your wise self,

And seeing if there are some words forming a message from your heart and speaking that out.

And if no words arise,

Letting that be okay,

Connecting to silence,

To presence,

And now seeing if there is a mantra that wishes to be expressed,

You could also ask,

What is my mantra?

And seeing what words arise,

Usually it's a short sentence or one word.

And once you have your mantra,

Speak it three times loudly.

And to finish up,

Snap at the level of your heart to inscribe the mantra,

To inscribe the new energy,

And whenever you feel like it,

You can speak your mantra.

You can also draw it and place it somewhere where you can easily see it to remember to speak your mantra,

Speaking it,

Connecting to the force of these words,

The power of these words,

Letting the words surround you,

Move through you,

So that you are connecting to this new energy whenever you need it.

So I wish you much joy.

Aho.
