Welcome to this guided journey into the Akashic Records. My name is Mariella and I'll be your guide today. During this visit, We'll be looking into failure and how and where we might have revoked our permission to fail, Which is vital to the creative process and to our growth in this lifetime or past ones. If you don't have pen and paper ready to write down what you'll be receiving during this journey, Please go and get that now. Here we go. Place one hand or both on your heart and another option would be to place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Now breathe in deeply through your feet, Feeling yourself connect to Mother Earth and breathe out through your heart space, Through your chest. Breathe in deeply through the crown of your head and feeling yourself connect to the cosmos to the universe. Breathe out through your heart space. Breathe in through your feet, Feeling that grounding energy enter your body and breathe out through your heart space. Breathe in through the crown of your head, Allowing yourself to expand and breathe out through your heart space. Breathe in that Earth energy through your feet. Breathe out through your heart space. Breathe in the sun, The moon, The stars through the top of your head and breathe out through your heart space. One more time, Breathing in through the feet, Embracing this body, This incarnated light and breathe out through your heart space. Breathing in through the crown, Honoring the divine within yourself and breathing out through your heart space. Now breathe normally, Whatever that looks like for you right now. Imagine yourself in a quiet place. It's the safest place you can imagine for yourself. It could be anywhere and it can look like anything. Maybe it's amongst the stars, Maybe it's right down near the core of the earth. Maybe it's in a forest, On a mountain, On the beach. Whatever makes you feel safe and sound right now. Take a couple of deep breaths here, Allowing yourself to relax as much as possible. Now imagine the air in front of you starts to shimmer and this crack begins to form, A crack that turns into a doorway. Allow this door to fully form in front of you. Place your non-dominant palm against the door. If you're familiar with the Reiki symbol for distance, You can now use your free hand to draw it on the door. If you don't know or remember the symbol or aren't sure how to use it right now, That's okay, I'm going to draw it on the door for you. If you're feeling any trepidation at this point, Remind yourself that it's safe for you to see and that it's safe for you to know, Because the records never give us information we're not ready to handle. Now we'll speak the portal prayer twice and during the first time you're going to repeat the words out loud after me and the second time you're going to repeat the words silently to yourself. When I open my own or someone else's records, I always address the highest divine source. If you'd rather use the word goddess, God, Universe, The divine cosmos, Or something else entirely, Please replace highest divine source with that when you repeat my words. Here we go. I ask the highest divine source to surround me in a circle of white light for protection and strength. May I be joined in my intention to expand my soul, To remember who I really am and why I am here as it is written in the Akashic records. I ask the record keepers at the highest divine level to allow me to open and read the records of me for this purpose. Only the light is welcome here. May I open to receive the most helpful, Sacred, And empowering guidance. So it is. Now we're going to do this one more time, But this time you're going to repeat my words silently to yourself. I ask the highest divine source to surround me in a circle of white light for protection and strength. May I be joined in my intention to expand my soul, To remember who I really am and why I am here as it is written in the Akashic records. I ask the record keepers at the highest divine level to allow me to open and read the records of me for this purpose. Only the light is welcome here. May I open to receive the most helpful, Sacred, And empowering guidance. So it is. Now push open the door, Step over the threshold and say the words, My records are now open. You are now inside your own Akashic records. Take your time here. Some of us need a moment to actually get inside their records and that's okay. Once you're in there, Take a moment to settle in. What are you seeing? What are you hearing? Are there any messages that are coming through right away? Is it something you might like to write down? If you're struggling to get into your records, This is a good place to remind yourself that it's safe for you to see and that it's safe for you to know whatever the record keepers wish to share with you today. Once you've repeated that to yourself, Ask your record keepers to guide you towards the place you need to be, Where you need to be. We're going to tell our record keepers that we're here to learn more about any obstacles or patterns we might have when it comes to failing and failure, Whether at any point in our life, Whether that's this life or a previous one, We've revoked our permission to fail, In particular as it relates to our creativity. If your book is already there waiting for you, That's great. If not, Let the record keepers guide you to or bring the book to you. And if you're not being led to your book or aren't being brought anything, That's okay too. The information the record keepers want to share with us can come to us in many different ways and maybe you won't need your book this time to receive the answers you're seeking. Now I'll be asking some questions and whether you repeat them out loud or silently to yourself is entirely up to you. Here's the first one. Where in my current lifetime haven't I given myself full permission to fail yet? Where in my current lifetime haven't I given myself full permission to fail yet? Write out everything that shows up for you after you ask this question. Where in my current lifetime haven't I given myself full permission to fail yet? I will ask the second question. What is at the very root of this? What caused me to revoke this permission? What is at the very root of this? What caused me to revoke this permission? If you've dropped into a past life or a particular moment in your current life here, Pay attention to what's around you. What or who do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? What do you sense? What do you know about this life or moment? Write down whatever information you're given, In whichever way it shows up, And if you have any questions about it, Ask your record keepers to clarify. Here's the third question. What happened in this moment? What do I need to understand about this now? What happened in this moment? And what do I need to understand about this now? How is what happened then affecting me now? How is it holding you back? And how is it serving you? How has it served you now and in the past? Our next question is, What needs to be healed or released so I can start giving myself that permission again, That trust? What needs to be healed or released so I can start giving myself that permission again? At this point, A vow or contract might be showing up. If that's the case, Ask why the vow or contract was made and try to write down as precisely as you can what it existed of. What words were spoken into existence when this vow or contract was made? If you aren't sure whether this is about a vow or a contract, You can also ask, Did I make any vows or contracts around this? If a soul fragment showed up, Take a good look at it. Can you tell which part of your soul was disavowed here? If not, Ask. Ask your record keepers exactly what part of yourself you disavowed and why you felt the need to do so at that time. Now we'll ask the record keepers whether they have any homework for us. So we'll ask, What can I do now to start healing or releasing this? What practical steps can I take next? What can I do now to start healing or releasing this? And what practical steps can I take next? Now visualize you're standing at the very beginning of a hallway that's lined with doors on both sides. Each door has a sign. The first one says one week, The second one says two weeks, A couple doors down the sign says three months from now, A third down the hallway the signs say in a year, In two years, In ten years. Close your eyes and start walking down the hallway. Take your time. When you know you've reached the right door, Stop and turn towards it. Open your eyes. Which door are you in front of? Which future you will you find behind it? Are you four weeks from now? Six months from now? There's no right or wrong here, Just take note. Behind this door you'll find the future version of yourself who's reclaimed that permission to feel, The future you who is no longer limited by this fear. If you're ready to meet this version of yourself, Open the door now and step into the room. Where are you? Or rather, Where is this future you? What does this future you look like? What are they doing? What does this tell you? Now ask this future version of yourself how they went about the homework you've just received from the record keepers. What did they do with the advice they received back then, When they were you? Before we leave the room and return to our records, Let's ask this future you whether they have any advice for you. What is it they want to share with you or would like you to know about the journey ahead? When you're ready, Thank your future self and leave the room, Closing the door behind you. Walk back down the hallway until you're back in your records. We have now arrived at our last question. Is there anything else my record keepers wish to tell me today? Is there anything else my record keepers wish to tell me today? We'll now be leaving the records, So step away from your book and repeat the closing prayer after me. We'll only say it once, And we'll say it out loud. I thank the record keepers for all the wisdom, Healing, And information given during this reading. May the healing and wisdom I received here today continue to help me for as long as they are needed. In gratitude to the Akashic Records, So it is. Now envision yourself going through and closing behind you that door we opened at the very beginning of this journey. Once it's closed and you're back in that quiet, Safe place you envisioned at the start of this meditation, Say the words, My records are now closed.
