This meditation is for the seventh and eighth chakras.
This meditation will exalt the intuition.
The seventh chakra represents humility and vastness.
The tenth gate,
The seat to the soul,
The connection to the highest self and elevation.
The eighth chakra represents radiance,
The electromagnetic field,
Protection and combines the effects of all the chakras.
The practice for this meditation is to sit in an easy pose with a straight spine.
Place the hands in Gyan mudra and focus the eyes on the tip of the nose.
There will be a mantra,
A chanting.
Ang Sang Wahe Guru.
Ang Sang Wahe Guru.
The translation of this mantra is the infinite being,
God,
Is with me and vibrates in every molecule and cell of my being.
Allow the mantra to wash over you,
In you and through you.
You can chant the mantra out loud or silently to yourself or just enjoy the sound.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale.
Another deep inhale.
Exhale.
One more time,
Just to relax the body,
The mind and the spirit to receive the mantra in you,
Through you and around you.
Deep inhale.
And with your breath,
A gentle exhale as the mantra begins.
Take a deep inhale,
As station.
Anytime and every time you wish to continue.
