Hello and welcome to another meditation of Goodbye Old,
Hello New.
And we're moving onwards to the topic of insight.
So the first couple of meditations focused mainly on the,
What they call the lower chakras.
So from the root,
The base of your spine,
To the throat.
We moved upwards from the topic of allowance,
The root chakra,
To creativity,
Sacral chakra around the navel,
Courage,
Solar plexus chakra above the navel,
And also love,
The heart area.
And then we went to harmony,
Which is the throat chakra.
Now we're moving to insight,
Which is linked to the third eye,
Which is the space in between the eyebrows.
And you could say it's your inner wisdom.
And the only other step we've got ahead of us is the crown chakra.
And I've named that step wisdom.
And then we'll do a final step called feeling whole,
Where we combine everything that we've learned on this journey,
Which then links us back to the topic for today,
Insight.
It's about understanding your past.
It's about being present in the now,
And perhaps seeing also what lies ahead of you.
So looking back at last year,
What insights have you had?
What have you learned?
And can these lessons or insights guide you forwards?
Can they guide you during the year to come?
And also how can you allow yourself to keep on learning,
To keep on growing,
To allow yourself to keep on discovering new things about yourself?
So the topic of insight is linked to self-growth,
Seeking the truth,
And your vision.
And a good thing to realize also is we all have our own truth.
We all have our own truth.
So can you allow yourself to see your truth?
Can you allow yourself to feel your truth?
And can you allow yourself to speak your truth,
Knowing that perhaps my truth is different than yours?
So insight,
Understanding yourself and the world around you,
Allowing yourself to learn and grow,
And letting that insight guide you forwards.
And sometimes we don't need to do anything.
The knowingness can be enough.
Knowing your truth can be enough for things to change.
And in whatever is present right now,
Let it be.
Let it be.
Take a few more deep breaths in and out.
And you open your eyes when you're ready to close your meditation.
You open your eyes whenever you're ready to move into the rest of your day.
