Hello and welcome to another meditation of Goodbye Old,
Hello New.
And this meditation is on harmony.
And it's linked to the words that we use when we speak,
Not only to others but also to ourselves.
So whether you're talking to other people or inside of your head towards yourself,
What are the words that you're using?
So what's the tone of your message to yourself and others?
And what does it say about how you're currently feeling?
And what need could perhaps be behind that feeling that you need to express to yourself at first and then perhaps to some of the people around you or a particular person?
So when we look at the topic of harmony,
What is very important is that you dare to feel what is present inside of you.
And then I really mean what you're sensing inside of your body.
So what is the message your body is conveying to you?
Because your body knows before your mind does what it is that you need.
So in order to bring more harmony into your life,
Allow yourself to look within and truly feel what your deepest needs and wishes are before you look into a way of expressing it.
And once you decide to express it,
Are you expressing it in a way that is compassion,
That shows compassion,
That is honest and truthful?
So what is happening inside of you?
Can you sense those deepest needs and wishes?
Can you sense those deepest needs and wishes?
And how can you bring harmony into that?
Is it enough to become aware of that which you need?
Or is there more?
Do you feel you need to maybe express something to yourself or somebody else?
So this is linked also to truth,
To honesty and creating balance.
And also to seeing the bigger picture of it all.
So how can you bring more harmony into your life?
How can you let things be more harmonious?
So here as well,
Tune in first.
Tune in to what you're feeling.
Tune in to what wants to be expressed.
Tune in to what your body is conveying to you.
Allow yourself to listen.
Allow yourself to be.
From a place of truth and honesty and compassion for wherever you are in this journey.
And then feel the breath move again in the body.
Let the words be.
And perhaps also open your eyes.
Become aware again of the space around you.
And notice the breath once more inside of your body.
Harmony.
Put it at the back of your mind and enjoy the rest of your day.
