Hello and welcome to one more meditation of goodbye old,

Hello new.

And the topic for this meditation is feeling whole.

So allow yourself to sit still again,

To breathe deeply.

And this meditation is meant to let you feel into all of your answers.

All of the answers of the journey that you took with me,

That I named goodbye old,

Hello new.

And it is about moving forward with the insights,

The clarity that you got on this journey.

And we've looked at the topic of allowance,

We have looked at the topic of creativity and courage,

But also love and harmony,

Insight and wisdom.

It allowed us to move from the root chakra all the way up to the crown.

And feeling whole is about connecting all of these themes,

As I like seeing it.

The premier chakra is a theme that allows you to look at life from a certain perspective.

And of course you can always go back to one of these meditations,

The one that appeals to you the most.

Or allow yourself to feel right now,

What can you do to feel whole?

And in the word of allowance,

The word from the first theme is so beautiful,

So important to keep on asking yourself,

Can I allow myself to?

And then finish the sentence in any way that feels right to you.

For example,

Can I allow myself to feel into my deepest needs and wishes?

This is such an important first step.

Allow yourself to feel what is present.

Let your body communicate to you what it needs.

And once you start to listen and tune in to your breath,

When you tune in to what your body is conveying to you,

Then step by step you can start aligning your daily actions to those deepest needs and wishes.

The first step is allowing yourself to listen in order to feel whole.

So for now just sit and breathe and listen to what you feel inside.

Breathe and listen,

Nothing else.

Breathe,

Listen,

Let it be.

Things will change,

Often by letting them be.

So sit still and breathe deeply.

Feel into all of the answers that you hear inside and let it be.

And then one more thing you could do for yourself is that you promise yourself to let go of what no longer works and you invite in the new.

So goodbye old,

Hello new.

Goodbye old,

Hello new.

And then to close this journey together,

Let's breathe in deeply,

Maybe through the nose and out through the mouth.

And do that a few more times.

Breathe in deeply,

Breathe out fully.

And perhaps place one hand on your heart and the other one on your belly,

Around the navel.

And one more time,

Let go of what no longer works and invite in the new.
