Welcome to this positive energy boost.

I'm Marianne DeCleer and thank you for joining me.

Before we get started,

Take a moment to get comfortable either sitting on a chair or lying down and just note that there will be an option to get into a more active position during the practice,

In which case you can sit a little more forward on your chair if you're seated and if you're lying down you may want to lean up on something like a wall,

A headboard,

Or an extra pillow.

You can also choose to stay in the same position throughout,

It's completely up to you.

So settle yourself and do whatever you need to do to feel comfortable in your chosen position.

You can maybe use a prop such as a cushion or a blanket or adjust your clothing to feel perfectly comfortable.

Let's relax.

You're in a posture in which you feel no tension and know that you can change your position whenever you need to.

As you go through this visualization,

Welcome any feelings,

Sensations,

Or images with kindness,

Gentleness,

And non-judgment.

As you go through this visualization,

Welcome any feelings,

Sensations,

Or images with kindness,

Gentleness,

And non-judgment.

This is your invitation to take this time for yourself and connect within.

Become aware of the shape of your head,

Relaxed.

Become aware of the shape of your neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

And hands,

Relaxed.

Become aware of the shape of your back,

Chest,

And belly,

Relaxed.

Become aware of the shape of your pelvis,

Buttocks,

Legs,

And feet,

Relaxed.

Become aware of the shape of your entire body,

Relaxed.

I now invite you to release any lingering tensions with a short series of body contractions and guided breathing.

Here's a little explanation,

And then I will guide you through it.

So in a moment,

You'll take a deep breath in through your nose,

And while you hold your breath,

You'll contract all the muscles in your whole body,

And then you'll exhale loudly through your mouth to let go and relax.

You'll do this three times,

Pausing between each repetition.

I'll guide you the first two times,

And then you can do the last one at your own pace.

Begin by exhaling gently through your mouth to prepare.

Then inhale through your nose,

Hold your breath,

And lightly contract all the muscles in your whole body,

And exhale loudly through your mouth to completely release everything.

Take a moment to welcome the relaxation.

You'll repeat this a second time.

First,

Exhale through the mouth,

Then inhale through the nose,

Hold your breath,

And gently contract your whole body in a way that works for you,

Then exhale loudly through your mouth to relax everything.

Take a moment to welcome the relaxation.

And you are going to do this a third time at your own pace,

However you want to do it.

It can be with more or less muscle contraction,

More or less breath.

Do what feels right in the moment.

And when you're done,

Allow yourself to yawn,

Allow yourself to sigh.

This is your breath naturally continuing to release tension and let go.

I now invite you to feel connected to your body,

Your physicality.

Notice if you can feel your heartbeat in your chest,

Or perhaps your pulse elsewhere in your body.

Spend a few breaths tuning into the sensation.

And now with each inhale,

I invite you to imagine slowly increasing your blood circulation,

Which carries harmonious life throughout your body.

And on the exhale,

Imagine activating or stimulating the vitality of all your organs,

Become aware of your body and its tissues.

And continue doing this for a few breaths.

So once again,

As you inhale,

Increase the blood circulation,

Which carries harmonious life throughout the body.

And on the exhale,

Gently activate the vitality of all the body's tissues and organs.

You're beginning to feel both calm and energized within yourself.

You can feel your consciousness relaxing.

And at this level of consciousness,

I invite you to allow a positive element or image to emerge.

It could be a peaceful and welcoming place where you feel good,

Or a gentle,

Relaxing activity for your body,

Such as walking in nature,

Swimming,

Getting a massage,

Something gentle for the body.

It could be a time of day that you particularly enjoy.

It could also be a reassuring human presence,

Or an animal,

Plant,

Or stone.

Or it could be a very pleasant sensation that comes from a beautiful landscape,

A natural sound,

An intoxicating,

Delicious smell.

Something you enjoy eating,

Drinking,

Or touching,

Or any other positive thing of your choice.

It could even be a color that comes to you,

Giving you its energy.

It can also be a combination of any of the things that came up for you.

So allow this positive image to emerge,

And experience it with a relaxed body and mind.

Settle into your positive image.

Take your time.

Relax and feel how pleasant it is,

How the sensations are enjoyable.

Allow things to connect as they connect.

There may be images,

But not necessarily.

There can be feelings.

It can simply be a form of evocation,

Which is already very powerful in and of itself.

Allow this positive content to emerge.

Immerse yourself in it.

Notice and take pleasure in how enjoyable it is for you.

Take the time you need to experience it as you are able today.

I now invite you to activate the positivity you got from the presence of this positive element,

Image,

Or scene,

And mobilize it.

As you calmly breathe normally,

With each inhale,

Breathe in the positive and mobilize it.

And with each exhale,

Very calmly,

Let it spread throughout your body,

To every organ and every cell,

With the feelings of harmony,

Serenity,

Calmness,

And good health.

Inhale this positivity very calmly.

And as you gently exhale,

Spread it to every cell in your body,

With the feelings of harmony,

Serenity,

Calmness,

And good health.

And as you discover what this positive or positivity is for you,

Activate it a little more by focusing in on it.

Establish it a little more with your mind.

Let it settle a little more into your consciousness.

Let it enter your body.

You will now move on to activate this positive.

And to do this,

You can change your position a little,

If you want to.

So if you're interested,

You can get into a slightly more relaxed position.

Find the right posture that allows you to stay relaxed without any discomfort.

Now you're going to activate the positive in each part of the body.

We'll start with the face and head.

If you like,

You can place your hands on your forehead or head to help focus your attention.

And when you're ready,

On the inhale,

Breathe in the positive.

Hold your breath to establish the positive in your mind.

And on the exhale,

Gently spread it into your brain,

Your face,

Your head,

Your hair,

Your skin.

Welcome the feelings of well-being,

Peace,

Health,

And lightness.

And you'll do this a second time.

Calmly,

On the inhale,

Breathe in the positive.

Then hold your breath and gently establish it in your mind.

On the exhale,

Spread it through your face,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

Your ears,

Your skin,

And your brain.

You can relax your hands down.

Protect your head and face by filling them up with positive sensations as you breathe normally.

Welcome all the pleasant sensations throughout your head and face.

We're now going to move down to the neck,

Upper back,

Shoulders,

Arms,

And hands,

As well as your thyroid and vocal cords.

If you like,

You can calmly place your hands on your neck to bring your attention to this area as you fill it up with positive,

Calmly.

As you inhale,

Bring in the positive.

Hold your breath and let the positive settle in.

On the exhale,

Spread the positive through your neck,

Traps,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

To your hands and fingertips,

As well as the thyroid and vocal cords.

Welcome the feelings of well-being,

Peace,

Health,

And lightness.

Do this a second time.

Breathe in the positive as you inhale.

Hold your breath and let the positive settle in.

On the exhale,

Spread the positive through your neck,

Your traps,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingertips,

And the thyroid and vocal cords.

And when you're done your breath,

You can relax your hands down.

Protect this area of your neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

And hands by filling them up with positive sensations.

We're now going to move down to your chest and mid-back.

If you like,

You can choose to put your hands on your chest to activate your awareness.

It's up to you.

Bring your attention to the chest and mid-back.

And calmly,

At your own pace,

Inhale the positive.

And while holding your breath,

Feel the positive sensations settle in.

On the exhale,

Spread the positive to your chest,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

And your mid-back.

Take a moment to tune into the pleasant sensations of wellness,

Serenity,

And energy.

And do this a second time.

Calmly,

Inhale the positive.

And while holding your breath,

Feel the positive sensations settle in.

On the exhale,

Spread the positive to your chest,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

And your mid-back.

You can relax your hands down once you're done.

Feel the well-being in the chest and mid-back,

And protect this area by filling it up with positive.

I now invite you to fill the abdomen and lower back with positive energy.

You can choose to place your hands on the belly if you like.

Inhale the positive into the belly as you breathe in.

Hold your breath.

Feel the positive settle in.

On the exhale,

Spread this positive into the organs to facilitate their harmonious functioning.

Welcome the feelings of positive energy,

Health,

And well-being.

Do this a second time.

Inhale the positive into the belly,

Filling the abdomen and lower back.

On the exhale,

Spread this positive into the organs to facilitate their proper functioning.

Relax your hands down once you're done.

Feel the well-being in this area of the body,

And protect it by filling it up with positive.

I now invite you to fill the lower body with positive.

The pelvis,

The buttocks,

Legs,

And feet down to the tips of your toes.

You can choose to place your hands on your pelvis or your legs if you like.

Inhale the positive.

Slightly hold your breath to bring the positive to the lower part of your body.

And on the exhale,

Spread the positive into the pelvis,

Hips,

Legs,

Feet,

Right down to the tips of your toes.

Welcome this positive energy,

Bringing wellness and harmonious health to the lower body.

The lower part of your body.

And do this a second time.

Inhale the positive.

Slightly hold your breath to install the positive in the lower part of your body.

And on the exhale,

Spread the positive into the pelvis,

Hips,

Buttocks,

Legs,

Feet,

Right down to the tips of your toes.

You can relax your hands down.

Protect this area by filling it up with positive energy.

I now invite you to activate the positive throughout the whole body and allow all areas of the body to vibrate with positive sensations.

You can relax your hands on your lap or by your side.

Breathe in the positive on your inhale.

And during the exhale,

Spread this positive into all the tissues of your body.

Repeat this again.

Inhale the positive.

Hold your breath.

Exhale to spread the positive into all the tissues of your body.

Send it all the way to the tips of your toes and to your fingertips.

And continue on your own to protect your body by filling it up with positive energy with every breath.

So on the inhale,

You're breathing in the positive.

And on the exhale,

You're spreading this positive into all the tissues of your body.

Take your time.

Savor all the positive sensations as you do this breathing.

Fill yourself up with positive through your breath.

Continue on for a few more breaths.

Finish off your last full breath of protective positive energy.

And then we're going to take a moment of integration.

So I invite you to get into a more relaxed position in order to pause and welcome everything you are feeling.

After activating this positive energy in your whole body.

Settle into your position,

Making any necessary adjustments.

Welcome all the pleasant sensations.

Welcome all the lovely information that your body is sending you.

Welcome the feelings of well-being,

Relaxation,

And vital harmony.

Stay on this edge between awake and asleep,

Between action and non-action where integration occurs.

The integration of relaxation,

Well-being,

And everything experienced during the session through your own lived experience.

As you continue breathing,

Inhale all the happiness in the world,

The joy of living,

The pleasures of life.

And the connections that enrich it.

Feel and embrace each part of your body charged with positivity through your care and attention.

Live in harmony,

Peace,

And vitality.

Take all the time you need to savor these moments of deep well-being.

Feel this positivity,

This good energy,

The one you have chosen for your protection,

Spreading through every cell,

Every organ,

And every tissue of your body.

Sense your body's energy,

Calm,

Strong,

And serene.

Like a luminous,

Radiant presence.

Perhaps even glowing with a color that resonates with you,

Warming your body.

Breathe in a sensation of harmony,

Vital strength,

And wellness.

Welcome these feelings of deep well-being,

And a sense of strength.

Feel ready to face any situation that comes your way.

Welcome everything that can be comforting.

If the positive creates a form of relaxation that manifests as tears or coughs,

Let it happen.

It's normal.

It's okay.

It could also be through yawns or sighs.

Let it happen.

It's perfect.

It's your own positive.

Let it happen.

Experience what is happening within you without any judgment.

It's your own positive experience,

No judgment.

Allow this time for integration.

It's as important as the activation.

Take your time.

And when you're ready,

Start moving your body from bottom to top.

First your feet,

Then your legs,

Your pelvis,

Belly,

Chest,

Arms,

Hands,

Neck,

And head.

If there may be stretches or yawns,

Allow them.

Allow yawns,

Tears,

Coughs,

Sneezes,

Or sighs.

It's all good.

Let it happen.

It's a perfect integration of this practice.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Take the time to reflect on the sensations that remain in the body,

Or perhaps sensations from the activation or the time of integration.

You can write it down if you like.

And feel free to share any experience in the comments,

Even if it's just a word or two.

And remember that you can come back to this recording any time you want to activate and integrate the positive in your body.
