
Mind Racing At 3AM (Body-Based Reset)
For when the mind is running: replaying conversations, narrating the day, scanning tomorrow, and the body is lying there waiting for it to stop. This doesn't try to slow the thoughts or clear the mind. It works by moving attention somewhere the thoughts can't follow: weight, surface, the body that isn't thinking. The mind can keep running.
