We're not trying to stop the thoughts,

Notice where your body is making contact.

Back of the legs.

The mind can move,

The body doesn't need to.

You can stop tracking how long you've been awake.

Racing thoughts are a stress response,

They don't mean you need to do anything.

Nothing to do.
