If it's after midnight and sleep isn't happening This is a night emergency sleep reset We're not trying to fall asleep We're letting the body settle Notice where your body is already resting Not relaxing Just resting The weight of your head The pull of gravity through your back The surface underneath you You don't need to move You don't need to change your breathing You don't need to do anything correctly Let the surface do the work You can stop tracking how long you've been awake Being awake doesn't mean your body isn't resting Rest happens before sleep And sometimes instead of it Your body can still recover here Nothing to do Nothing to fix Nothing to solve Nothing to do Rest without sleep still counts Your body knows how to use this If you wake again tonight Choose the track that matches what's happening in your body This works best when it's familiar You don't need to earn sleep This is already enough Let the body keep resting
