Please find a position sitting or lying down where you can feel comfortable yet awake and fully present in the moment.

Gently close your eyes or let them rest somewhere where it feels comfortable.

Take a few deep breaths at your own pace to find your focus,

Your presence.

Then return to your natural breathing rhythm.

Follow your breathing through your body just the way it is without trying to change it in any way.

Just observe the waves of your breath through your body,

Not judging if this feels good or bad.

How does your body feel today?

Can you feel some bodily sensations,

Aches,

Tickles,

Pins and needles,

Feelings of pain or pleasure?

Just observe what your body feels like right now without any judgment.

Do you have some specific feelings right now?

You may feel tired,

Sad,

Happy,

Calm,

Stressed,

Grateful,

Irritated,

Anxious or something totally different.

Just observe how you're feeling right now without any judgment.

Are you thinking of something at this specific moment?

You may be thinking about something that has happened recently or perhaps something in the future.

Just observe your thoughts and then try to let go of them.

If you want to,

You can imagine placing your thoughts on leaves in a stream,

Letting the leaves carry your thoughts down the stream.

Now take a few deep breaths at your own pace to let go of your thoughts and just be right here right now.

Now imagine yourself in a specific place where you feel safe.

It can be indoors or outdoors and it doesn't matter where it is as long as this is a place where you can feel safety and calm.

From this place you're starting a journey but it's not a journey taking you away from your safe place.

It's a journey going inwards,

Into your soul.

It's a journey where you start listening more to your specific inner voice.

What does it tell you about the life you're living?

What does it tell you about what is really,

Really important to you?

Are you in the right place,

Professionally and privately?

Or is there something you'd like to change to feel that you live more according to your own inner compass?

What would happen if you really listened?

If you followed your heart instead of following all the norms,

Trends,

Expectations from society and people around you?

What would you let go of?

What would you invite?

You may already have come a long way on your journey towards a life where you follow your heart.

Or you may be standing at the starting line.

No matter what,

You have shown up now.

You're on your way.

You have started listening.

Welcome to a magical journey.

Now take a few deep breaths at your own pace,

Truly inviting the feeling in your body,

In your heart.

Then you can start returning slowly and gently.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Move your head left to right.

You may want to stretch your whole body like a cat.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes if they have been shut.

The meditation is finished.

Welcome back.
