Together we'll journey through landscapes of profound relaxation,

Aiding in the release of stress,

Insomnia,

Anxiety and depression.

Please find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Lie down,

Make it comfortable and warm.

Maybe on a bed or a yoga mat with a cushion under your head,

A blanket on your knees and a blanket to keep you warm.

Let your legs relax slightly apart and your arms rest by your sides,

Palms facing up.

Headphones are recommended for a more immersive experience,

However not necessary.

For the full benefits of this experience,

I encourage you to stay with me through the entire session.

As we begin,

Allow your tongue to rest softly on the upper palate,

Roof of your mouth and if possible breathe gently through your nose.

If you're drifting into sleep welcome it,

Because it's what your body needs.

A bell will gently wake you at the end.

We are starting our journey by taking a four second inhale and a five second exhale.

We are in this together.

For this practice we like to set an intention,

Maybe focus on cultivating strength or any personal quality that represents fortitude to you,

Power,

Maybe mental strength.

I give you a minute to find this intention,

Your why for this session,

For why you're practicing today.

I want to,

I like to increase my power.

I like to find more mental health.

I find,

I want to find a resource for mental and physical fortitudes.

Whatever your intention is,

Feel in to yourself right now for a minute,

Connect to your why and hold this intention in your heart.

We continue in about 30 seconds.

From here let your intention dissolve,

Knowing that your unconsciousness will take over and lead you as you've picked exactly the right thing for you today.

Feeling in to where you're lying,

Either on a mat or a mattress.

Feel the connection to that mat.

With every inhale feel how you're becoming lighter and as you're exhaling feel how you're becoming heavier and can let go of all the tension throughout your body.

With every inhale light like a feather.

With every exhale heavy like a stone.

Inhale light like a feather.

Exhale heavy like a stone.

Inhale light like a feather.

Exhale heavy like a stone.

Focus your attention on your breath.

Visualize yourself as you're challenged by tasks,

Need mental clarity.

Visualize how you are overcoming these challenges one by one.

Mental clarity,

Mental strength.

Visualize all the challenging tasks.

You breathe right through all of these tasks and at the end you're rewarding yourself for your work.

Because even if you did it effortlessly,

All of them were challenges to you.

All of these tasks.

So you're rewarding yourself for the work that you've done.

The work in solving these challenges.

Overcoming these challenges with your mental clarity and your mental strength.

Even the biggest obstacles.

You breathe right through them.

You know exactly what you need to be doing to solve certain problems,

Certain challenges.

You can ask for help whenever you need and you're being asked a lot of questions because people know that you have such a strong mental clarity,

Mental strength,

Great problem-solving skills.

Just visualize yourself in this situation.

How you're dealing the situation.

How you're engaging and blossoming and solving all of these challenges in front of you.

Effortless.

You see yourself challenge after challenge solving like it's a piece of cake.

Enjoyable.

And suddenly there is a challenge you cannot solve.

It stops you completely in your track.

It frustrates you.

Everything stops and you realize wait a moment.

I could solve so many challenges.

So many things.

Suddenly there is something that I can't solve.

How can this happen?

I don't know what I need to do.

Stay with that thought for a moment.

Whenever you're exhaling feel free to make your exhale longer and create a yawning sound with your mouth closed as you're exhaling.

How could this happen to me?

I solved all my challenges so far with my profound mental clarity and my mental strength and you realize it's just life realizing maybe there are challenges that cannot be solved.

That cannot be overcome right now.

Maybe there are possibilities in the future.

Maybe there are sub-challenges that need to be solved first before taking on this bigger challenge because you know you could solve all the mental challenges so far with your clarity and your strength.

You overcome all the challenges.

You could discuss with your colleagues.

Discuss with your family.

You overcame the challenges.

You solved so many together with your heart.

So how come we cannot solve all the challenges right now?

You're asking yourself.

You realize that you're good enough.

You're good enough even if there is a challenge that cannot be solved right now.

That people are striving.

Everybody's striving to solve challenges.

We're all doing our best.

So do you.

So understand there are challenges that cannot be solved anymore.

That cannot be overcome anymore and challenges that will be overcome in the future.

Accepting it in your being and all you can do is do your best and solve the challenges available to you.

Your best ability,

Your mental clarity and mental strength.

Because you have all the tools available to you.

You're doing just fine.

Realizing again how you're mentally strong and very clear in your thoughts.

Visualizing yourself again overcoming difficult challenges.

All the difficult challenges.

Just not the challenges that you can't solve.

Let them be.

But solve the challenges that you can solve at this point.

Not biting your teeth out.

Overcoming all the challenges you can overcome right now and splitting apart two big challenges and solving sub-problems until even the biggest challenge seems doable to you.

You are very strong mentally.

A strong mental clarity.

Visualizing one more time how you're solving,

Splitting,

Organizing different tasks,

Scheduling,

Prioritizing.

How you're doing everything of that and you're succeeding challenge by challenge.

Let's introduce some mantras to make you see clearly where i'm leading you.

Embedding these affirmations into your consciousness and into your unconsciousness.

Reconnecting to your breath.

Making sure that your exhale is just a bit longer than your inhale.

If you like as you're exhaling make a sound with your mouth closed almost like yawning.

A vibration that travels throughout your body.

Reconnecting with your intention.

You are here.

The right place.

At the right time.

Doing the right thing for you.

Bringing up your intention again.

Your why for this practice.

Feel how it supports you.

How it is there for you.

How it leads you.

How it picks out what is important for you.

How it connects you to exactly what you need effortlessly.

From here we are connecting more to our body.

Again feel how your body is lying on your mat.

Your mattress.

Wherever you are.

Feel the touch of your blanket.

Feel the touch of whatever your body is connected with right now.

Of your clothes.

Maybe there's sensations of warmth.

Whatever is there connect to it.

Allow it to be there.

Completely allowing it to be there.

From here start to do a practice that shows your physical strength and additionally also relaxes your body.

You're starting from your feet.

We want to engage our feet as we're inhaling.

So inhale engage your feet.

As you're exhaling releasing your feet.

Even more feeling.

Sensation of relaxation happening in your feet.

We're going with the feet one more time.

Inhale engage your feet.

All of it.

Don't stress too much but engage and release.

With your breath again.

Completely relaxing.

Right now traveling up to your lower legs.

Be soft when you're engaging.

We don't want to hurt ourselves.

So breathing in engage.

Just try your best to just engage your lower legs.

See if it works.

See what's happening.

And as you're exhaling release completely.

Great job.

Coming further up to your knees.

Can you engage your knees?

Try it.

How can i engage my knees?

That doesn't work.

Just try.

Try and see what you're engaging.

And then as you're exhaling release again.

Feeling more and more of relaxation.

Coming to your big thigh muscles.

Entire being working together.
