Namaste This session is a compass in the chaos,
Guiding you through life's transitions with grace,
Strength and an open heart.
Welcome to Yoganidra,
Non-sleep deep rest.
For you,
I'm creating the best guided meditations,
Your guide Marcel Gros speaking.
Prepare a peaceful spot,
Turn off notifications,
Radio,
Television and anything else that might distract you.
Then lie down comfortably,
Cushion your head and relax.
Legs slightly apart,
Arms by your sides,
Palms up,
Eyes closed.
Again,
Reflect if you're comfortable,
As during Yoganidra you will give your physical body a break with complete stillness of movement.
Breathe gently through your nose,
Tongue softly touching the roof of your mouth.
This experience is intended for wakeful relaxation,
So when you fall asleep,
That is completely fine.
Whenever you realize,
Come back to my voice.
A bell will signal the end of our practice.
I will then slowly guide you out.
Let's begin with a breath.
Inhale for four seconds and exhale for five.
We are in this together.
Feel how your body is connected to the floor,
To the earth,
To the mat,
To the bed,
Wherever you're lying on.
Feeling your ankles,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your arms,
Your chest.
How you're connected to the floor,
Maybe even feeling the cover that is touching you.
How is your head connected to the floor?
And I'll invite you to just memorize right now how you're feeling,
So you are able to compare at the end how you're feeling then.

Please formulate a sankalpa,
A seed,
An intention,
A resolution or a wish.
Formulate it in the present tense as if it's already true.

To not hold on to something because you are afraid,
But to hold on to something because you love that thing or person truly.
So honoring that these decisions are difficult,
These decisions are life changing,
Are transitions.
Honoring that sometimes there are ways in front of you that you do not see because they are just too dark.
So you won't go there.
Too dark because there's no light.
You've forgotten about these ways.
So listening into your body and your heart and asking your heart,
Your entire being to show you the way,
To lighten up the way,
All the different ways.
And don't be overwhelmed here because the way that you need to take will lighten up automatically the brightest when you are in tune with your heart,
With your entire body,
With this very moment and to go into a future that is completely nurturing.
The future that will nurture you and all the beings most.
Deciding for the future that will make life better for everybody and yourself.
Coming back to the present as these life transitions can pull us to the future or the past,
To what happened,
To what is going to happen in the future.
And see right now this very step you're taking and this very next step you're taking and this very next step you're taking and this very next step you're taking.
Feel how the steps are feeling.
Feel the grounds.
Feel the weight of your body being supported.
This present moment is there to give you the ground that you need to make decisions in alignment with your entire being,
With your entire life experience.
Feeling supported and grounded here.
In this path you're standing on,
Imagine now there is a light coming out from your heart,
It's a sphere of energy that's slowly coming out of your body and enveloping you completely in a light sphere that is lighting up the complete area around you.
Not just showing you the path that you most likely are taking but all the other paths,
All the other paths.
In gratitude you're observing these paths.
In gratitude you're observing the possibilities.
In gratitude you're taking your next step.
Seeing again different paths coming into existence as you took this one step further.
Keeping the sphere of light filling you with energy and gratitude and love.
In this state you're ready to dive into emotions for a bit.
So feel free to imagine different containers of emotions where you can put your hand into and feel the emotions arise within your entire being.
Until you decide to take the hand out again of this container,
There is a container of anger.
Take the hand out again of this container.
There is a container of anger.
Decide for yourself if you like to put your hand into this container with anger.
Take an inhale and make your exhale longer.
And slowly when you decided to put your hand into the container with anger,
Take it out again.
And take one more breath.
There is a container with sadness.
Decide for yourself if you like to put your hand into that container.
Again,
Take one more breath.
Exhale and take your hand out of this container again if you decided to put your hand in.
Exhale and take your hand out of this container again if you decided to put your hand in.
And there is a container that is in front of you glowing in all different colors.
Decide for yourself if you like to put your hand into this container and feel how it feels.
Again,
Take an inhale and an exhale.
And bring your hand out of this container again.
Coming into a state of neutral emotions.
Knowing that if you really need to reconnect with an emotion,
You can do that.
You are in control.
Right now,
Let go of all the emotions,
All the thoughts that came up to you.
And feel again your body.
If there is any kind of tension in your body that we've just created with this exercise,
Release it again with this breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Make your exhale longer than the inhale.
Slowly coming back to your resolution that we found in the beginning of this exercise.
And again,
Take your hand out of this container again if you decided to put your hand into this container again.
And there is a container that is in front of you glowing in all different colors.
This is the intention that we found in the beginning of this session.
And again,
Repeat this resolution,
This intention three times.
Then releasing your resolution,
Your seat,
Knowing that it will come back to you whenever it's needed most.
Slowly start to move your fingers,
Start to move your toes,
Start to move your wrists,
Your ankles,
Your knees,
Your elbows,
Your shoulders,
Your hips,
Your entire body,
Your head.
Coming back to life,
Opening up your eyes whenever you feel you're ready.
Stretch yourself,
Give your body what your body needs.
Bring your hands in front of your heart together,
Either lying or sitting.
