This is Manal.
Welcome to Not Enough Time.
This meditation is a beautiful journey for releasing anxiety of that feeling of not having enough time,
Which stems from projecting life into the future to free you to focus on living in the now.
Many of us are living life feeling we never have enough time.
We don't have enough time to achieve our goals.
We don't have enough time to do what we need to do.
We don't have enough time with our loved ones.
We don't have enough time for ourselves.
We don't have enough time for vacations.
We don't have enough time for anything.
This feeling of not having enough time is rooted in our misaligned focus on the future.
This focus on the future induces anxiety,
Fear,
And feelings of being out of control.
The journey to peace comes from releasing the patterns of projecting into the future and instead conditioning yourself to live in the now.
To just be present.
There are infinite presents.
There are infinite nows.
Aligning with the present releases these overwhelming feelings of not enough time and guides you to be satisfied with the now.
The intention of this meditation will guide you to becoming present,
To open yourself up to a sense of trust,
Peace,
And freedom.
Let's start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Take a second deep breath in.
And release.
Take a third and final deep breath in.
And release.
Let's start with letting go of all resistance associated with projecting into the future.
At any point,
If a direction does not resonate with you,
It's okay.
Remain connected with your body.
Surrender and trust that your body will always know what to do.
Scan your body.
And as you scan,
Connect with your body to identify resistance.
Resistance can be in the form of physical sensations,
Emotional pain,
Thoughts,
Negative beliefs.
Scan for any anxiety,
Fear,
Feeling out of control from just not having enough time.
Explore your physical sensations.
This could be pain or tension.
Explore thoughts that come to you or connect your emotions or feelings.
Try to become aware of the different layers,
The physical sensation and its associated emotion and the thoughts.
Open yourself up to any messages from your body.
Enjoy all the sensations.
Enjoy the invitation that you're giving your body to allow you to understand the impact of time on its physicality,
On your emotions and on your thoughts.
Our bodies are giving our message and the resistance is a message about what you do not desire.
To give power to this resistance,
Try to understand what it is that you do desire,
What your body would like.
With respect to time,
It's trust,
Tender,
Acceptance,
Flow,
Being present,
Being in the now,
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of the future.
Let your resistance know that you feel it,
You see it and you hear it.
Acknowledge the message from your body.
Trust your body will always show you what you need to know,
Either now or when you're ready.
Appreciate the sensations in the messages.
Appreciate your emotions.
Appreciate your thoughts.
Resistance is an opportunity for growth and expansion.
With the case of projecting into the future,
It's an opportunity to embrace life in the now.
Invoke trust,
Flow and being.
And now after becoming aware,
Acknowledging and appreciating the resistance,
You can release.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Release all of the resistance that you connected with.
Release it all out of your body.
Surrender your resistance back to the universe.
And if you're not sure,
Trust that your intention will release the tension.
Trust your intention and release,
Release,
Release,
Surrender all back to the universe.
Take a deep breath in of trust and release.
Take a deep breath in of peace and release.
Take a deep breath in of freedom and release.
Living in the now is a way to have a full and present life.
And it's the most stable and consistent way to find wholeness and self-alignment.
Releasing patterns of not enough time will enable you to recondition your mind to remain in the now.
Yesterday has already passed.
Tomorrow will never come.
You only have an infinite number of nows.
Enjoy the pleasure,
The happiness and the beauty of now.
