Today is a fantastic subject,

Fantastic subject.

Intuitive eating.

So I hope that you've all felt into the judgments that you might be holding on yourself and on food and so excited to dive in.

Why did you come?

Intuitive eating.

What part of that topic was calling to you?

Is there some sort of judgment that you hold on yourself on food,

On your body,

On your eating?

I always have a preamble,

Those of you that know me.

I always do a preamble.

The preamble is to awaken our mind,

Our identity,

Our feelings,

And so then we can calibrate to truth,

To calibrate to truth.

So when I started to think about,

Okay,

Manal,

How are we gonna speak to intuitive eating and what's the perspective and how do we get everybody aligned and get us quickly into a place of calibration?

I recognize that one of the really unique challenges with intuitive eating is it requires an active,

An active awareness of your physical body,

Your emotional body,

How you're feeling while you're actively eating or drinking or whatever it might be,

Your thoughts and your beliefs.

And so it's like all four of your bodies are really actively involved because it is a very physical activity and we need to do it many times.

It's not something we can just cut off.

We all need to eat for fuel.

So it's a really interesting one.

There is a lot of control and a sense of freedom that we will become aware of to get us into the freedom of intuitive eating.

So it's a fascinating one.

What I also became aware of,

Not only is it our egoic body and egoic bodies where we carry our beliefs and our identity and our mental body where we carry our thoughts and our logic and our mental processing and our emotional body where we feel,

Where we're feeling,

How do we feel about eating?

Are we enjoying the eating?

Is there pleasure from eating?

Is there guilt from eating?

Is there judgment from eating?

And then our physical,

Our physical,

How does it feel?

How does it feel?

So this is a second complexity intuitive eating.

There is a before,

During and after that's really important for you to start to become aware of and in tune of.

How are you feeling about the food before?

Are you saying,

I'm not going to do this or I am going to do this?

Are you trying to control things?

Are you trying to create certain scenarios or act in a certain way?

And then there's the now.

Is the now in line with the intentions?

Is the now,

Is the now contradictory?

Because there we created resistance.

So if I said,

I'm not going to eat sugar,

I'm not going to eat desserts,

I'm not going to eat brownies,

I'm not going to eat pizza.

And then I do,

Boom,

Resistance,

Resistance.

So one of the things with intuitive eating,

I don't want us to say,

We're not going to do X,

Y and Z.

I'm going to suggest that there is a,

I prefer,

I do not enjoy,

I,

So Himanshu,

Beautiful.

There's a lot of food that I actually prefer not to eat because I do not,

It does not feel good.

And at times I say,

I do not eat dairy and I do not eat gluten.

There's many things that I do not eat either.

But what I'm careful to do is to not create an absolute restriction because then when I do,

There's resistance in it.

Because every now and then there might be a circumstance where I do eat something which tends to not to help me feel good.

So for me,

My objective,

My egoic,

My,

The basis for what I'm going to invite us all when we ask for intuitive eating is let's make choices that feel good.

Let's make choices that lead to a strong and healthy body.

Let's look for places that guide us to being empowering.

Valerie,

I'm recovering from an eating disorder.

That's about control.

And what I want us to do is let go of control.

Intuitive means finding trust in the alignment between our bodies because we know that we're coming from a place of freedom,

Worthiness,

And love.

So I find it difficult to trust myself and eat trusting my intuition.

Fantastic.

That's a wonderful awareness.

And what we're gonna do and what we do every time is come back to calibrating to knowing our truth.

Come back to calibrating to being in alignment with ourselves.

Come back to calibrating to knowing that we are coming from a place of alignment with inner power and you're developing that muscle.

So what we're gonna do today,

Valerie,

And tell me if this aligns with feeling good is speak to,

Hold beliefs and create intentions that feel good.

I'm gonna go on for Valerie.

I know I hold harsh judgment on myself.

Today the intention is to let go of all judgment.

For us to safely become aware of the judgment that we hold,

And Valerie says she holds it on herself,

Her body.

There's fear that comes in before enjoying food.

So what we're gonna do is let go.

We're gonna become aware of it.

We are going to become aware of it.

All of us know that step one is awareness.

Awareness,

Awareness,

Awareness.

Send me a beautiful,

And Valerie,

I'm glad that you.

And Valerie,

I don't know if you've heard,

I know you've been here before with me.

I don't know if you know that food and the relationship in my body has been one that I've been struggling with my whole life.

And I finally,

In the last three,

Five years have found that I've come to a place where food isn't about control,

Where food is about pleasure and enjoying it.

And that I see the judgments that I hold and other people hold on myself,

And the control and where it came in from control.

But the more we align with our truth,

With our inner power,

The more that we can then just be free.

Free.

So Valerie goes on to say,

I've been taking care of myself better,

Eating enough,

And even things I enjoy.

And restricting,

We wanna let go of the word restricting.

And it's not about restricting,

Because I don't eat gluten and I don't eat dairy and I don't,

But I try to invite it,

Not from a place of restriction and control,

But from a place of knowing I make choices that align with my body and feel good.

And feel good.

Yesterday I was with my friends and we were moving and packing for them.

And she brought out gluten-free pizza with dairy on it.

With dairy,

I don't typically eat dairy.

But at that moment,

It felt better to just eat the pizza,

Enjoy it,

Enjoy the community,

And try to let go of beliefs that food and my body's not strong enough to process.

But I know when I eat anything,

Certain foods,

In excess,

Definitely I got out of equilibrium.

So that's a belief that I have.

I adore people that believe that they can eat anything and their body shows it because they are healthy and they're strong and they're active.

But you know what?

You all know the story.

We are conditioned.

We are conditioned.

And food and power and control and drink and smoking and alcohol all have an aspect that we were conditioned with.

So let's honor the conditioning that we have,

The beliefs we have,

But come back today with an intention to calibrate to our truths,

Our power,

Samya says,

Wow,

This is so powerful.

We want to calibrate to power,

Empowerment.

We are looking for our conditioning and we are gonna slowly detangle until we come back from a place of strength and alignment.

Yes,

You're right.

Sometimes when I have no choice and I eat dairy products,

I feel guilty and I believe that if we eat the food in helplessness,

The food never gives nutrition.

Exactly,

Exactly.

There are times that we might wanna eat dairy.

There are times,

I'm sorry,

We went in really fast.

There were so many regulars that I worked really fast,

But I can slow down and repeat anything.

And a lot of the messages for all of the topics are very similar.

So when you keep coming back,

It comes back to empowerment.

Most of the work,

It's all of the work,

Not most of the work,

It's about awareness.

And I simplify it saying that we have our four bodies,

Our egoic body,

This is where we carry our beliefs and our identity.

These beliefs form our thoughts.

Our thoughts is our second body,

It's our logic.

We're conditioned to be logical,

But power comes from living from the heart,

Our emotional body.

We have so many different emotions that come from our emotional body and our awareness of them and recognition and honoring of them and any emotion that is not happiness,

Joy and peace is guiding us to our truth.

So we're gonna use emotion as a map,

As a compass,

As a calibrator to guide us to our truth.

We are going to honor all of our bodies.

All of our bodies provide information that are empowering for us to find alignment for truth.

And then lastly,

Our physical body,

Our physical body,

Our physical,

Which is what our body,

Our vessel,

Do we honor it?

This is where pleasure comes from.

This is where we're in the now and present with our physical body.

And so we're gonna keep coming back and today it's about recognizing the beliefs that don't serve us and coming back to empowering beliefs and then looking at the thoughts,

Looking at our feelings,

Look at the judgment and then let them all go away,

Okay?

Roxanne,

Yes,

It works for alcohol.

It might be more complex because of the conditioning you might have,

Because of the beliefs that you might have and because it's an addictive product.

And there might be much more entanglement,

But it's the truth for how to live a free life.

It's all about how to be free and aligned with our empowerment,

Aligned with our truths,

And aligned with ourselves.

Mo,

As long as we know we're not gonna keep binging on these trigger foods after we consume them periodically,

That's my issue with coffee,

Dairy,

Et cetera.

Okay,

Mo,

That's a fantastic awareness.

And with that awareness,

You guys,

Binging,

Binging indicates out of control.

Food is mostly about control.

And in our conditioning,

We have all learned to give control away.

We have all learned to be a victim in some way.

We have all learned to give away our power or not be in our power.

And food and drink and exercise is one of the most beautiful mirrors for this.

So let's take our food,

And instead of looking at it as something negative,

Can we all have the lens,

The lens for this to be a beautiful mirror of our growth and expansion to unconditional worthiness and unconditional freedom and love?

How about that,

Guys?

How about that twist?

How about that twist?

I never even looked at it that way before this moment,

That our food is one of the most beautiful gifts to help us recognize the relationship we have internally with our worthiness and our freedom and our self-love.

Now look at this.

Now our food is a game.

And our capacity to take a piece of sugar,

Chocolate,

A cookie,

Brownie,

With just enough to satisfy my body now and in five or 10 or 30 minutes or the next day is the power and the freedom that we're all looking to align to.

How is that,

You guys?

How is that?

Let us use our food as the mirror to guiding us to our unconditional worthiness,

Our freedom,

And our awareness that we are worthy of happiness and pleasure.

Because ultimately,

Guys,

Roxanne,

That's all what we're gonna do.

It's not about hope,

It's about trust.

Recognizing that everything we're experiencing is leading us to something bigger.

Everything we're experiencing,

My belief in life is that we're here to grow and expand.

Life is all about growth and expansion.

And we have growth and expansion from the day we're born until the day we die.

And the ultimate growth and expansion is awareness of our unconditional worthiness,

Our unconditional freedom,

And our unconditional happiness and love.

So we are gonna keep working and using all of the tools and all of the indications that life gives us to calibrate to that truth,

To that truth.

So Roxanne,

Thank you for the hope.

And I'll say to you,

It's the truth.

Let's calibrate to truth.

Let's calibrate to truth.

Is anything I'm saying today feeling bad?

Has anything I said felt bad?

I wanna find us all to have pleasure and food and drink and whatever we wanna do.

I want us to have pleasure and consumption.

I want us to find pleasure.

And one of the senses,

One of our senses is taste and smell,

And those allow us to be present.

Let's find a way to calibrate to pleasure from one of our most beautiful senses of being a human being.

I find it difficult to understand and feel what my body needs.

I want to calibrate to trusting myself and the signals my body are sending me.

Absolutely,

This is what we're going to be doing.

And today we're going to calibrate to new truth.

Let's go for beliefs.

If you wanna share old beliefs so you can get them out,

It depends on where you are and what you wanna do.

Let's talk about beliefs.

What are the beliefs that we want to hold with respect to eating?

The title is intuitive eating.

That might be a belief.

The belief is my mind,

My ego,

My heart,

And my body are all strong,

Powerful,

And aligned enough for me to eat intuitively,

For me to eat from a place of pleasure,

For me to feel good before,

During,

And after my meals so I can come from a place of empowerment and pleasure and worthiness and freedom.

I make choices that feel good for my body.

And sometimes choices that feel good for body might be food that we have deemed that are not good,

But they bring pleasure.

A cookie,

Some sweet,

Dessert,

Coffee.

I love coffee,

I love coffee.

My whole life I love coffee,

I love coffee.

Now I drink decaf,

Because I get the sensation,

But I let go of the caffeine.

This is what I calibrate it to.

I enjoy tea,

Enjoy tea very much with decaf.

This is what I calibrate it to.

And it feels good.

And when I have a second cup of coffee,

Maybe sometimes,

Very,

Very rarely a third,

It comes from a place of knowing this is gonna bring me pleasure right now.

And I've been active and I've been whatever,

And this is gonna feel great.

So what are the beliefs?

I invite you all to share with us each.

What are the beliefs that you guys wanna adopt?

My body is strong.

I am healthy.

I make choices that feel good.

I recognize that a lot of what I do comes from conditioning and this conditioning is good.

It's not bad.

Part of the human experience is for me to break away from conditioning and to calibrate to a place of truth.

I am unconditionally worthy.

I can trust myself.

My body deserves pleasure.

I am strong.

Beautiful.

And I'll come back,

I'll talk to it right now.

That word deserves is a funny one.

It's funny because something happened to me the other day and that my friend said to me,

You deserve it.

And it made me take pause.

And I'm like,

Manel,

Why are you pausing at that word deserve?

Because we all deserve.

We all deserve.

Your first sentence,

I am unconditionally worthy.

We all deserve.

Our body is here for pleasure.

The being of your body is for pleasure.

Our physical experience is for pleasure.

So it's interesting where we have language.

And again,

This is conditioning.

And I want us all to come back and see some of the conditioning that we have and calibrate to unconditional freedom and worthiness.

And so I just want to invite you RS that I know I invited some of the negative ones so we can get it out.

My best is to eat everything.

What I desire and what I desire are things that feel good for me now and the future.

I calibrate to things that feel good and empower my body,

My heart,

And my ego.

I should eat on a certain schedule.

I should eat everything on my plate.

I should not eat certain foods.

My body serves me well and I should tune into it.

Many of my feelings about food are conditioned.

I am enough.

My body is pleasure.

My body is pleasure.

Our bodies are pleasure,

Food and drink and consumption is pleasure.

It's pleasure.

Let's find the pleasure again.

Some of my greatest models are friends that say they can eat everything and when you look at them,

They can.

And we are all like that.

But it doesn't matter if we have conditioning that makes us choose things.

And there are allergies and there are different things that people have so I honor that.

And so let's find what my body is best conditioned for.

My body is best conditioned for no gluten and no dairy and no sugar.

That's where I find myself waking up every day with the most energy.

But guess what?

Yesterday and the day before I had dairy because of social situations.

And guess what?

I woke up today and yesterday with a month's pleasure and energy and felt really,

Really good still.

So let's condition ourselves to trusting our body,

The power of our body,

Trusting our bodies to make the decisions that it knows.

Our bodies know.

And when we control it,

We hurt it.

When we trust it,

It flourishes and it thrives and it comes from a place of absolute power and beauty.

How does that feel guys?

I love myself so much that I enjoy life and I make choices that bring me joy.

I love it and you know why I love it too?

I love it because you didn't make this about food.

You made this about your approach to life.

And food is the mirror for life.

Relationships are the mirror for life.

How we experience things is the mirror for life.

So we can use food to actually help us condition to the truths that we want out of life.

I love myself so much that I enjoy life and make choices that bring me joy.

Let me add two more words.

Freedom and unconditional worthiness.

That way we add the three of them and you calibrate to the truth of our unconditional love,

Eating and drinking are gifts.

They're gifts,

They're gifts you guys.

We have been conditioned with so many things.

Don't eat this,

Do eat this.

This is good for you,

This is bad for you.

This is awful for you.

Our food is filled with terrible things.

Boom.

It's coming from everywhere.

You can't go anywhere without an energy to make you feel guilty about what you're doing,

Consuming or drinking.

Let's come back and trust and make choices that we know are for our best.

And what's best for Manal might not be best for Shannon or Valerie or Roxanne or Mo,

But it doesn't matter because Manal is gonna make the choices for her and we're gonna all honor the choices for each other and recognize that we all calibrate differently because our conditionings are different.

I remember during one of my yoga sessions,

We would have this wonderful yoga teacher that does a lot of like from the philosophy and straight from what it's all about.

And there was one day about vegan and actually wasn't there.

It was,

I wasn't there that day,

But I remember they were like,

Oh,

I wonder what Manal would have thought about it because I enjoyed bringing in my philosophies and my thoughts.

And so they said,

Oh,

It was a suggestion of being vegan.

And so my friend said,

Somebody said,

And we wonder what Manal would have said.

And I said,

Oh,

What I would have said is,

I recognize now that different bodies operate in different way.

And I don't really appreciate anymore,

A,

This is good and this is bad.

And this is how many people have done Atkins and some people thrive on it and some people die on it.

How many people are vegetarian?

Some people thrive on it,

Some people don't.

Some people are vegan,

Some people thrive on it,

Some people are don't.

So let's stop looking at what other people are doing and telling us what's good.

And let's start trusting that our bodies will tell us what's good for us.

My daughter has an egg and sesame allergy.

And when she was a baby,

I was stupid and I kept trying to give her egg because I thought it was one of the best baby foods when you're at six months or 18 months or whatever it was.

18 months,

Six months,

Nine months,

Whatever it was,

X months,

Let's call it X months.

She kept spitting it out.

She was allergic to it.

Her little baby body knew at the youngest age that this is not a food for her.

She knew,

She would spit it out.

So we have that calibration in all of us.

We'll realign to our truths.

You know what I'm pointing at,

Our egoic truths,

Our mental truths,

Our emotional truths and our physical truths.

And we will trust that our bodies will know what we should eat.

Our bodies,

Our minds,

Our hearts,

We are brilliant.

We are brilliant.

Let's turn on what we have turned off.

Let's turn on what we have turned off and thrive.

You're right.

All of it is a gift.

So how is everybody feeling?

Are there any thoughts?

Perfect.

So we talked about our egoic beliefs and we came to,

We're gonna be choosing food from a place of joy and that food is a gift and life is a gift and our bodies are a gift.

So did anybody have any beliefs that they wanna talk about or would like to either let out or to help calibrate to a truth or help to rewire what is an empowering way to approach it?

So if anybody has anything,

Otherwise we'll go on to our next body.

Recently only my wife is allergic to eggs.

She's got severe stomach ache after eating any form of eggs.

For me,

It's a moral thing about eating animals,

But I also started eating meat after 12 years of very strict years.

We have dietary issues and literally having nothing else to eat.

So I try to make sure at least it's human.

Beautiful.

And I recognize,

Mo,

That in here,

Some of the beliefs that we're carrying is not just about our body.

It's about what's external to our body,

How it's external to our body.

And I honor you in that journey,

Mo,

And come back to calibrating.

And this comes into Shannon's question,

How to tune into the intuition.

It's about,

Shannon,

You know that I always compare everything to a muscle.

Everything is a muscle.

This reconditioning is a muscle.

We've been conditioned for years to think of food as bad and think of drink as bad and think that we're out of control and thinking that we need a control and think that some people are gonna immediately,

I don't like putting a time to anything.

So those of you that know me that says,

I know that their time exists on the physical plane.

I don't think that time exists on the egoic plane.

The mental plane and the emotional plane can or cannot have time associated with them.

So I believe that time is so unique and such an interesting aspect.

So today,

Many of you can shift immediately.

But our conditioning came over years.

So let's honor the journey it is for us to recondition our muscles to the empowering beliefs.

So Shannon,

How do we tune into intuition?

First of all,

We trust ourselves.

We believe it's possible.

We know that we are supported by infinite.

We know that there's more going to it.

And Mo,

Maybe that's where it is.

Maybe there's a invitation for an understanding of how animals and the system and that we're all here to support each other and inviting a different perspective.

And I struggle too with the humane aspect of it and meat and whether or not and how it serves us and from a religious perspective and then knowing that some say don't and some religions say eat meat.

So I struggle too with it in terms of the humane and not humane,

The moral and not moral.

But everybody has to find their truth.

But calibrate to a truth.

And right now I can see,

Mo,

That you're playing with the truth and maybe if it's done humane.

And I don't wanna share my beliefs because I don't wanna argue about beliefs.

What's important,

Again,

For the intuition and the alignment into the truth is to be aware of your truths and to act and to feel and to think in alignment to those truths.

And Shannon,

The more you trust yourself and the more that you're aware of your beliefs and use empowering beliefs and your mind that aligns with it and you know the power of your mind and your heart and your heart led and you believe in life as being beautiful and powerful and compassion and love and you love and honor the physical,

You start to tap into the bigger and you start to hear.

And we are all,

All of us,

All of us,

No matter who we are,

Are tuned into intuition because I'll hear people say something and I'll like,

Well,

How did you know that aren't spiritual?

And they're like,

I just knew,

I had a gut feeling.

Or so we all receive it in some ways.

So Shannon,

The journey for you and for all of us is to find out how do we best receive?

What is the conditions,

External conditions that I need to put myself into to receive?

Meditation is a beautiful journey to guiding you to receive.

Do you meditate?

I strongly believe that's one of the greatest tools to meditate to receiving.

But are there activities that you do that are similar to the gifts of meditation?

Some people it's running,

It's activity,

It's cooking,

It's baking,

It's dancing,

It's listening to music,

It's writing poetry,

It's writing.

So everybody has certain tools that they use that allows them to condition to a meditative state,

The alpha state.

So how do you get into that state?

When are you present?

Present with the trees,

Present with being,

Trusting yourself and just keep building up that muscle and your intuition will just come flying and flying.

And don't compare your intuition to others.

People have different gifts.

They're the different clairs.

They're the different clairs which uses the different senses.

Don't compare what other clairs are to your clair.

Just try to figure out what you are meant to be,

What your strength is,

What your power is.

One of my friends has dreams and her dreams are always truths.

Two of my friends actually and I love that.

For me it's knowing.

I know,

I just know and I don't know how I know and when I know,

I know,

I know so powerfully.

But I don't hear it coming in from a different mechanism.

Some people hear the voices and they know that it's coming from a different mechanism other than themselves.

For me it sounds like it's coming from me.

So figure out what is your gift?

What is your intuition?

Do you guys know what your gifts are?

Share what your gifts are and that's how you strengthen it.

You start to see it,

You feel it and you start to trust it and don't think like you need to be like others for you to be connected to truth.

We all have our unique truth and there is too many times that I'm like,

Oh,

I need to exercise it and express it like this person.

They have their truths,

They have their gifts and we all have our unique gifts.

Beautiful and we absolutely can.

An inspiration on honoring our conditionings.

Yeah,

That's a really good talk.

That would be wonderful.

I will set something up for honoring our conditioning and every live stream we do talk about our conditioning and honoring it and it's really interesting because I have children,

One's 19 and one's 21 and a lot of my friends because of that have,

I have friends of all ages but there's many that I have that have adult children and transitioning and with that the children also are learning and the children are here to be on their journey and I'm becoming more and more of honoring that not just honor my conditioning but honor their conditioning,

Their journey.

They're here for particular reasons and although they've been my babies and I've guided them and nurtured them and have dreams and aspirations for them it might not be aligned with what they're here for.

So I will do a inspiration on honoring our conditioning and the when we honor ours,

We can honor ours,

Others and we could just let go,

Allow and just celebrate,

Celebrate,

Honor,

How is everybody feeling?

How are you feeling about food?

Is there any feelings?

Are there any thoughts?

Do you feel empowered?

I know that today I've been talking quickly and a lot but how do you all feel?

So we talked about our egoic beliefs and we reset,

And our egoic beliefs in our mind are so closely tuned and we sometimes don't know when it's our ego or in our mind but once we are going to,

Our mind is going to start to come back to some of our old thoughts.

It takes a while for us to change behavior and patterns.

I don't like saying two weeks or three weeks.

My yoga instructor would always say it takes three weeks.

Some places you see two weeks and some place,

It doesn't matter.

It depends on the conditioning.

It depends on your muscle.

It depends on your desire.

Depends on how much you're detangling from it but there is a conditioning.

So our thoughts are gonna come in that might say,

Ooh,

Should I eat that?

Ooh,

Does this feel good?

Ooh.

And just the way that you work with that is come back and just come back to your beliefs.

The way that we work our mind is honoring the thoughts and coming back to the egoic.

But a lot of place that we get caught with food is our emotion,

And the most dominant feeling is guilt.

Self-judgment,

Feeling bad,

Not worthy.

We can't just do this by reinforcing our beliefs.

We need to come back to the emotions and we can run through a meditation.

Our emotions are tied to emotions when we were younger,

When we were babies.

There's stories that are replaying over and over and over and over to allow these emotions to come out in different ways.

And when you start to really observe the emotions and look at the pattern,

Repetition of your emotional story,

You'll start to see,

I'm fascinated actually,

Fascinated to look at the repeat of stories and how stories change so that same emotional pattern can come out.

So if we truly want to go to intuitive eating,

The reset of our beliefs is very important,

But we need to really understand the emotions because otherwise it will come out in a different form.

So the emotional aspect of how you're feeling before,

How you feel during,

How you feel after is a very active part of us getting back into alignment.

And it's the biggest gift,

We're gonna use our emotions as the biggest gift.

We are not going to run from them.

We are not going to fear them.

We are not going to judge them.

We are not gonna see them as bad.

We're gonna recognize they are part of the journey.

And then calibrating.

So when the emotion is negative,

Any form of resistance,

You all know I like to call it resistance.

In many of my meditations,

I try not to label them because we all have different interpretations.

There's rainbows of emotions and they come out in different ways.

And one thing can actually make us feel the whole rainbow or we go through them.

I like to call it resistance,

But this resistance is a gift.

And what we wanna do is when we feel that resistant emotion is see what is the thought that's meeting that.

And then what is that belief?

And then coming back,

To calibrate it back to,

I'm calibrating now to a place that life is joy,

I am worthy and I am free and I see you emotion and I love you and I see that you're pointing me and recognizing that here's a gift,

And I love you and I see my opportunity for growth and I see that shame and I see that guilt,

But I choose to actually transform it to a recognition of my growth,

My expansion and my calibration to truth and then you just let it go.

Enneagram is a personality type that stems from childhood wounds and creates the stories we tell ourselves about.

It is all about the recreation of the stories that we tell ourselves and what I'm inspired to do is to recognize those stories,

And it's so interesting to watch people's lives spiral until one point you're forced to be aware because you can't do it anymore.

Why does bad things have to happen for us to turn around and break the cycle?

And I don't believe it has to,

But I believe and if we catch it early,

Is just don't judge and just honor and be.

I don't feel very good anymore.

And right now she might be playing with the beliefs to get back in.

So we use our physical body,

Our mental and our egoic to just make sure that we're in alignment and that we trust and that we're following our intuition,

And that we know that everything is here for beauty and for joy and pleasure and love and alignment.

And then now the sticky ones,

The physical,

The physical.

And the physical comes in two forms.

The physical is gonna come in the form of how you judge your physical body,

Your stomach,

Your physical strength,

Your health.

And it's also going to be in how you experience food,

Which we've talked a lot about that.

So what are judgments that you are all holding on your physical expression of yourself?

And we are gonna calibrate to this truth and we are gonna do it in a beautiful journey.

There's also a meditation on fasting that I really love that is about,

It's about fasting,

But it really is about finding alignment to all of your bodies.

And I think intermittent fasting,

We haven't talked about fasting as one of the beautiful tools for getting into calibration.

And I think fasting is in every religion and it's everywhere.

And for me,

I've used it a lot to calibrate.

So there's a meditation on fasting that talks about how beautiful fasting is in getting all of your bodies in alignment for different reasons.

And I think that eating is about getting into alignment.

So purposefully fasting with the desire to align your bodies is just the same as eating purposefully and intuitively to align your body.

So I would suggest the fasting meditation because it's just really empowering about the way it talks about the bodies.

Because ultimately this is what it's all about.

Then we celebrate everything that we're doing,

Everything external to us.

You don't need to fast to listen to that meditation and it's not an invitation to say fasting,

But I do appreciate fasting isn't for everybody,

But I do enjoy it.

But I would still suggest listening to it because the elements are exactly what we're talking about.

And it does use the word fasting a lot,

But you can replace that word when you hear it for eating,

Intuitive eating.

So it's a great calibration one,

But remove the fasting and just living life is beautiful because of,

And it just talks about the alignments of the different bodies.

Affirmations work absolutely when all four bodies get involved.

Different books say different things,

But ultimately you need to believe it,

You need to believe it,

Desire it and expect it,

Which means that your egoic belief,

Your mental,

Your mind needs to believe it and you need to feel it.

You need to feel it and you need to be it.

So affirmations are best when you apply them to elements of your life that are already aligned.

So don't look at something that you have,

Don't have,

And then turn around and say,

I have it and lie to yourself.

Lying to yourself is not gonna work,

But finding elements like we all said,

Our bodies are miraculous.

But when you think about your body and you think about your extra weight,

You might not feel miraculous,

But if you think about the human body and the power of the human body and the miracle of that,

You use that affirmation.

So find an affirmation that you can go general enough,

General enough that it does not offer any resistance in all four of your bodies,

That it feels good.

You're physically challenging your body so when you come to food,

You can enjoy it and appreciate it in a different way.

So you're approaching it not from control,

But you're coming from a place of empowerment.

Anything from a place of empowerment is the power.

Intuitively eating might sometimes mean,

Fasting today so I can clean out my body and purify and I can really enjoy,

Because you know what,

There is nothing the pleasure of water brings when you haven't been able to drink it for some while.

Whether it's purposeful or whether you're outdoors and you didn't have access to it,

There's nothing as pleasurable as food when you're hungry for some reasons.

But if you're forcing yourself,

It's not.

But when you're coming from a place of empowerment,

Alignment,

Getting your inner power and exercising different muscles,

It's wonderful.

And then if it resonates with my truth right now,

And then when I get it,

It doesn't feel great,

Might change and keep doing and growing and expanding.

But food is marvelous,

Eating is marvelous,

Drinking is marvelous.

And I just love clean,

Good food that just lets me be the best person I can be inside and out and I love feeling good.

And I love making choices that feel good now in the moment and in the future.

And I'm gonna speak to all of the aspects and obviously we know how we all feel about,

I know how we feel about food and body frustration.

I'm gonna start.

Everybody,

Let's start with our three breaths.

And these three breaths are just powerful breaths that just help us calibrate back to our internal body.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a second deep breath in.

Enjoy the gap.

And release.

Take a third deep breath in.

And release.

Deep breath in.

And release.

Today,

We had an amazing discussion about our bodies,

Food,

And drink.

And we all recognize that the power in life comes through pleasure.

Our bodies are amazing,

We are amazing.

And that food is here to power us,

Empower us,

And to enjoy and take pleasure in.

We're all open to reconditioning our beliefs and to beliefs of empowerment and joy and freedom and worthiness.

But along the way,

We've picked up conditioning.

We've picked up conditioning on beliefs about our bodies.

We've picked up conditioning on beliefs about our body.

About food and drink.

About our gender,

Our sexuality.

And in it,

We feel frustration,

Shame,

Judgment.

I'm just going to guide you all to look within your bodies and just feel.

It might be localized,

It might be general.

Feel the resistance that although you want to believe these empowering things about your body and about food,

That you can feel the conflict and the resistance.

The conflict in your body,

The belief that you're good enough,

The belief that you're free,

The belief that you're capable,

The belief to accept yourself.

And I can feel,

Perhaps it's in your chest,

Sort of feel the tightness and resistance,

Perhaps in your abdomen,

Could be all over.

I want you to look at this resistance and localize the physical pain.

And again,

It might be specific to an area or all over.

And as much as you can,

See if you can label it.

Frustration,

Judgment,

Shame,

Control.

Negative stories about your body,

About your diet,

About eating.

And today,

I want you to just look at it and hold that resistance from a place of awareness,

Of a recognition that this is the resistance that is helping you to form your new empowering beliefs.

And although it had not felt good in the past,

It was because you were not listening to it.

It's because you couldn't hear it.

It's because it was speaking a different language than you were ready to hear.

Just look at that resistance and just acknowledge that you're ready to hear it now.

You're ready to see that shame,

That frustration,

That judgment,

That you're ready to actually recognize that you're holding judgment about your body and eating and control and worthiness and happiness and that you used to close it away or resist it or judge it or control it.

But now you're going to open it up and set it free.

You're going to set the judgment free and the frustration free and the fear free and the sadness free.

You're going to set the disconnection from the truth of who you are free and step into an understanding of honouring your body and honouring your sexuality and your gender,

Honouring however you want to show up as,

Honouring your truth.

And letting go of other people's definition of your truth.

Find that resistance in your body.

Find that resistance,

Other people's resistance of your truth.

People telling you how you should be and how you should show up.

See where you hold their judgment.

And again,

Hold it from a place of love and respect and kindness and compassion.

This is all powerful.

This resistance that you're looking at from a different place and feeling it is powerful.

It's helping you find the freedom and the liberation that you've been looking for.

So just love on it.

Appreciate it.

Care for it.

See it as you would see a baby.

See it as you see something that needs love and support and help.

See,

Feel that shift,

That shift that you recognize that you were meant to support it and love it,

Not fight it.

Feel the shift in your mind and your beliefs and your emotional body of knowing that you have the capacity to hold it and carry it in a different way.

Take a deep breath in and just release.

Release all of that resistance that you connected with,

The frustration,

The shame,

The judgment,

The disconnection with self.

The belief that you don't know yourself.

The belief that you're missing something.

The belief that you're misaligned from yourself.

The belief that you're not true to yourself.

The belief that you're not true to the being true to your body and your knowing.

And any way that you know,

Whether you want to physically take it off,

Rub it off,

Shake it off,

Just let all of that resistance you connected with,

Let it go.

Let it go and let it go.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Scan your body again.

And again,

See if there's any localized energy,

Anything that you're carrying that you didn't let go and just see it.

Love it.

Hold it.

Feel it.

Just make a commitment to your emotions that you're not going to run from it.

You're not going to judge anger,

Frustration,

Or shame.

You're going to look at it for what it is as a signal for you to connect with your body,

With your heart,

With your soul,

With your spirit,

With your mind,

With your beliefs as a way to just reaffirm the truths,

The truth of who you are.

So any resistance that you connected with again,

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a third and final deep breath in.

And release.

Just keep breathing.

And release.

Just let it light the universal love in through the crown of your head,

Through your head,

Your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Through your pelvis,

Your legs,

And out through the soles of your feet.

And recognize that today we invited such incredible shifts for you to recognize that you are an incredible,

Miraculous being.

Your body is incredible.

And the body's capacity to serve you,

And for you to serve your body is unlimited.

That your body knows everything that it needs.

And that when you come from a place of love and trust and allowing and respect and honor and care,

Your body will give you exactly what it needs.

And you will give your body exactly what it needs.

And that your body is a vehicle for your growth and your expansion and your calibration to unconditional love,

Worthiness,

And freedom.

And you'll invite alignment between your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body,

And your egoic body when it comes to eating.

You'll invite alignment and love and freedom and care.

And just know that the intention for your body and your feeling and your mind and your beliefs with respect to food and eating and being is to come from a place of love and strength and health and vitality and alignment with inner power.

And that you have it in you.

You are amazing,

Incredible,

Miraculous,

Beautiful,

Empowered.

You are love.

You are light.

You are amazing.

You are love.

You are amazing that we are working together to calibrate to that truth unconditionally.

And that the journey is a beautiful,

Amazing one.

The journey is amazing.

It's beautiful.

Having so much fun on this journey and recognizing everything is meant to be.

And it's here for a reason.

And that reason is beauty and growth,

Expansion,

Love,

Worthiness,

Freedom.

We're going to find joy and expansion and pleasure in every part of that journey.

I'm going to just pause just for a minute.

Give yourself if there's any intentions that you have.

You just want to sit still.

If you want to invite light to come through your body,

Whatever you need to do just to really reinforce the truth of the beauty,

The joy,

The worthiness,

The freedom,

The love that you are,

Your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body,

And your egoic body,

And the alignment between the four,

Which leads you to the greatest liberation,

Pleasure,

And love in life.

I will pause.

Wonderful.

I'm going to count to five.

And on three,

Slowly open your eyes.

For those of you that would like to reinforce,

Put your three fingers together,

Your thumb and your first two fingers.

And just create the intention that when you put your fingers together that your body will bring you into this alpha state.

Whenever you want during the day,

Whenever you get into meditation,

Put these three fingers together.

And just rewire your mind that when you put these three fingers together,

It can quickly get you to the state.

So you can just be in alignment with your truth.

So when things are going around external to you and you just want alignment with truth,

Your thumb and your two fingers together,

And it will bring you back to the steep,

Beautiful alpha state.

Three.

Go ahead and slowly open your eyes.

And that's what the work that we do together is.

It's about recognizing that we can look at that shame and we can look at that judgment and we can look at it from a place of acceptance and love.

That we don't have to hide from it anymore.

And we will do this in all the different conditioning that life has taught us because food is one and money is one and relationships is one.

And we'll just keep doing it until we just condition,

Recondition back to the truth of who we are.

I also get tearful during these meditations.

So I'm glad that it's powerful you.

We've not been taught to go inside and to honor our emotions.

And that was the gateway to my biggest spiritual growth is the recognition that the emotions is another layer and we can touch it and feel it and then let go of it.

And then when we honor them,

We can shift them.

We shift that shame to love when we honor it.

It's just this joy ride of life to calibrating to truth.

And we are love.

We are meant to be love.

And anything that's contradicting it is what life is about.

It's what our journey is about.

It's why we're here.

The game of life is to come back to being love.
