I know that since we talk about conditioning,
Every time,

Do you know what your conditioning patterns are?
So when you behave and things happen,
You recognize like,
Oh,
This isn't personal.
This is not personal.
This is part of the growth that I am here for.
This is my personal growth journey.
This is my expansion journey.
And that conditioning,
Growth and expansion journey might change based on where you are growing in your spiritual path.
Always before I come on,
Because I know I need to talk a bit,
Get the preamble going on before our discussion starts to awake,
I always think about,
Okay,
Now what's the approach?
Because ultimately at the end of the day,
You all know that there's certain theories that and certain things that foundations,
The foundations for the work that we do,
And all of the foundations we talk about each time.
And I think about,
Okay,
How are we gonna tee this up?
How are we gonna tee this up so we can start to talk about it?
Conditioning,
Once I recognized that what we are growing and expanding from,
Conditioning is a design of the universe.
It is a design.
Somehow,
Somehow,
Which I believe is a mis-human design,
We have adopted that things that have happened to us is shameful,
Is bad,
Makes us bad.
We have put judgment on conditions,
Whether we grew up with different color skin,
Hair,
Gender,
Sexual orientation,
Socioeconomic,
Things that may have happened or not happened to us,
Where our parents are from,
Whatever it might be,
External conditions,
External to us,
External to us.
Once I realized that,
Hey,
Wait a second,
How can we judge or hold shame?
Shame is one of mine,
Guys.
Shame is one of mine and shame is one of many,
Many,
Many religion,
Many cultures.
There's many areas that shame is integrated into the root of the people.
Once I realized,
Wait a second,
Manel,
Wait a second.
How can we as individuals be holding so much judgment,
Resistance,
Shame,
To things that we had no physical choice?
We can debate whether or not we had spiritual choice and whether our soul chose this character.
We can debate that.
We can believe that.
We can unbelieve that.
It really doesn't matter what you hold.
It doesn't matter whether God made the choice,
The universe made the choice,
Or you were deliberate in that choice.
It doesn't matter.
But the fact is our physical body,
You guys know,
I think about us in four bodies,
Okay?
For those of you that are new to us,
I'm gonna go quickly.
Four bodies,
Our egoic body,
Our beliefs and identity,
And I'll slow down in this later,
Our mental body,
Where we hold our thoughts,
Our logic,
Our processing,
Mental processing,
Our emotional body,
Where we feel,
And our physical body.
This is our physical experiences and our physical sensations.
So I look at the body from four dimensions,
And the more you work with me,
And tell me if you're new,
And I will expand as we go into this.
I will expand.
I will expand.
But everybody that said good morning so far are regulars,
But let me know if there are newbies in here,
And if you need me to expand on anything.
But our physical experience,
What we were born into,
What we look like,
Whether we're underweight,
Overweight,
Perfectly weight,
Perfect body,
Not perfect body,
Even the fact that I say perfect body,
Underweight,
Or overweight,
Indicates a judgment society has put in my belief,
And the way that I see,
So maybe I should,
Instead of saying underweight,
Overweight,
Or perfect weight,
Really it is self-image,
Body image,
Positive one or negative one,
Because it really doesn't matter what your physical looks like,
As long as you have positive body and self-image.
And it is our conditioning,
Again,
Our conditioning,
That makes us adopt good,
Bad,
Yes,
No,
Right?
Yes,
Zero,
One.
Life isn't zero,
One.
Some places it is,
But it's not zero,
One.
And we are here to come and make one our freedom,
Our worthiness,
And our love.
So my whole thesis that I sort of digressed a few times is,
How,
In our physical experience,
Our physical experience,
It was given to us,
Our parents,
Whether or not we have our parents,
If we were adopted,
Our siblings,
Our conditionings,
Where we were born,
The conditions,
That is the universes,
Or God.
You use whatever word you guys like,
Universe or God,
If they're synonymous,
Great.
If one of them causes resistance in you,
Use the other one.
For me,
I've came to a place there's no resistance.
I love God,
I love universe,
I love nature,
I love the meaning of life,
I love source,
I love energy.
They're all synonymous to me.
But if they're not for you,
Use the word that brings you no resistance.
It is by the universe's design.
It's by the universe's design for us to be fully,
Fully,
Fully dependent on other human beings.
And in that,
We pick up thoughts,
Beliefs,
Emotion and physical experiences.
And our job as the humans that we are,
Isn't to hold resistance and shame to our past,
It's to understand the conditioning,
To recognize where our growth orientation is directing us towards.
And like I said,
Everything falls under worthiness,
Freedom or love,
Happiness,
Peace,
A sense of a belief that you are loved or you're worthy of happiness.
So I've talked a lot,
You guys,
Talk to me,
Talk to me.
What is your journey?
Is it freedom?
Is it worthiness?
Is it happiness?
It is going to be a bit of everything.
Nobody is born,
But some of it,
For me example,
The love part isn't very distorted.
My love part is I was born beautiful,
Love and an amazing childhood.
But the freedom and the self worth because of the color of my skin,
Because of growing up in a place that isn't necessarily where everybody is like me,
The things that differentiated me.
I think English,
Even though it was my first language,
Cause I was born in Canada,
They're worth some things that I had trouble with,
With the sh and sh,
The S-H and the C-H and the th.
And even now sometimes pronunciation,
It's not the gift that was gifted to me.
And sometimes it actually brings in a element that makes me feel less than or unworthy.
And it's one of my deepest that I haven't,
Don't really,
It doesn't really come to my consciousness,
But it's,
I'm just sharing,
Just sharing,
Just sharing.
The things that I become aware of that are the conditioning that I'm here to overcome to find my unconditional worthiness,
To calibrate to unconditional worthiness.

Worthiness is a big one for me,
For sure.

I've seen how me and my culture view women.
Exactly,
It could be the culture,
How it views women,
How it views,
Again,
I talk about race a lot,
Because race is huge in America and the world.
There are eye color in Europe,
Eye color and hair color,
Just so many different things,
But it's not bad.
None of this is bad.
None of this is to judge society,
To judge community,
Judge those caregivers of ours.
One of my favorite things that I say is the conditioners were conditioned and their conditioners were conditioned and their conditioners were conditioned.
For us to pass blame,
Again,
Resistance on resistance.
The whole point is for us to get to a place of awareness,
Awareness,
Awareness,
Awareness,
Awareness of the four physical bodies,
Awareness of beliefs,
Misbeliefs,
Misbeliefs,
Misbeliefs that don't serve us and reorienting beliefs that serve us.
So if I,
Today,
If all of us orient and I could invite you all right now to the past is not anything to do with shame,
The past is a gift.
The past is a gift that leads me to understand how to calibrate to a place of worthiness,
Of love,
Of freedom.
And I'm gonna use my past as a map,
A map,
A map for me to get and elevate and amplify my current life to find and calibrate to worthiness,
Freedom and love.
How was that?
Who wants to join me?
Who wants to join me on letting go of resistance in the past and adopting it as a gift,
A map to calibrate to our truth?
Give me the hearts,
Give me the words.

Exactly,
Generational trauma.
And I believe that it's genetic,
I believe it's in the body,
I believe it's in the heart,
I believe it's everywhere.
But once we become aware of it,
We can heal it for ourselves and for our future generations.
And that doesn't mean our future generations won't have stories and conditions,
But at least they can expand and it can grow beyond.
And maybe it won't be the trauma on a physical level,
Maybe they'll explain it on an emotional level,
Or maybe on an egoic level,
Maybe on a mental level.
So the extent of the conditioning will impact future generations in a much more insignificant way.
And I was thinking about this,
I was thinking about this a lot,
Because again,
I think and I focus on the topic and how are we gonna frame it and how do we come from a very simple,
You guys know,
I'm an engineer,
I'm a mechanical engineer from training,
I'm very logical.
My dad is the logic,
My mom's the heart.
They're both,
My dad's here,
My mom's here,
They're both here,
They're both very,
Very,
Very spiritual.
And I believe that I'm blessed with their best,
The best of my mom's heart,
The best of my dad's mind,
And a very strong spiritual,
Spiritual,
Spiritual belief.
So when I was thinking about this and thinking about,
Okay guys,
Okay Manal,
Okay Manal,
We're talking about conditioning,
We're talking about the,
Yeah,
It exists on all of the different levels.
Yes,
It comes in on the DNA,
It comes in on this.
Do we have to physically experience?
Do we all have to physically experience?
And the answer is no.
To break away from the stories,
We do not have to physically experience.
However,
Most people don't become aware until something happens in their physical experience to perpetuate that.
You're all here for a reason.
And I know you all have your stories,
And you all have your stories that have guided you to finding the answer within.
And we can all tell our stories.
So no,
We do not.
We can do the work by meditation,
By self-awareness,
But life needs to happen to create the desire and to create the awareness,
Because if everything is peachy keen,
Beautiful,
And happy,
Why would we wanna change?
Why would we want to change?
But once you become aware,
A lot of the things that are going on can heal without the physical trauma,
I'll use Valerie's words,
It can happen more gently.
The growth can happen more gently.
We can grow without it.
But when things happen,
It's not bad.
It's not bad.
It's not bad.
It's really interesting,
Because there's things that are going on in my life that's making me and my mom talk about things when I was younger,
In my late teens,
In my 20s,
When I was defiant,
And when there was a lot of.
.
.
And in the beginning,
When we talked about it,
There was actually,
We would be angry and would stir up energy within the two of us.
And yesterday,
We were able to talk to it from a place of logic.
And I could feel that we were emotionally both really healed and had accepted some of the things,
But last week,
It wasn't true.
So even the past will come into present in some beautiful ways,
Even when you're doing your work.
So the whole point,
The whole point to conditioning,
If we can walk away with the whole point to conditioning,
And I feel the emotion,
I feel a lot of energy coming up,
And I appreciate all the hearts,
If we can come to calibrate to whatever happens to us,
No matter what we're doing and where we are and the work we're doing,
And to honor it and accept it,
Recognizing that it is what it is because there's work that we're doing,
There's something bigger that the universe is.
And just as long as we know our intentions,
And we're sound of mind,
And we focus on the empowering beliefs,
And we do things in our physical body that lends itself to love and happiness and health and wellness,
We just honor,
Just honor everything that happens.
Let's honor the unfolding of life,
Recognizing that everything that happens is for a reason,
And everything that happened is for a reason,
And let's let go of the shame and the judgment and the holding our past as something that makes us less than the fullness of our freedom and our worthiness and our love and our happiness.
And I love this heart,
I love the hearts,
And I love that it's resonating.

These are all beautiful words,

Being on the receiving end of unconditional love would be quite nice too,

To be on the receiving end of unconditional love means that you give it to you.

Because I was going on and on and on,

The more it makes me realize I'm talking too much.

The answer is,
Me and one of my friends have been talking a lot and just connecting on what's going on in our lives,
Many of my friends,
I say one of my friends,
But all my friends,
And I have friends that are different dimensions and different spirituality,
But one of the things me and her and I've been writing and we've written it to each other,
That everything that we need in life is found from the universe,
God,
Love,
And ultimately it's within,
Truth and within,
Within.
So that unconditional love,
Within,
And when you calibrate it to it,
Within,
When you calibrate to it,
Within,
Then you will get it externally.
When you calibrate to everything internally,
It's mirrored to you externally,
Externally.
So you want the unconditional love?
Find out what's holding you from unconditionally loving yourself.

Given I've been conditioned my entire life to believe that I was unworthy and unbelievable.

So it was that you were told that you are not.
Find it in your body.

When I do my preamble,
Mostly we're here.
The egoic level,

And mostly I try to reset our egoic beliefs.
Sometimes when someone brings up something so emotional,
We all go into our emotional body.
It's the emotional body that allows us to do the shifting.
It's finding those feelings where you buried it,
And Nami and all of us in our emotional body is where the shifting comes.
And that's where the magic is.
That is where the magic is.
Using new beliefs,
Figuring out where that resistance occurs in your mind,
And then finding the emotional component finding the emotional component to it.
There is with every feeling a thought and it becomes buried in our body through conditioning.
And we are on the journey to find,
Recondition to new thoughts,
Find the thought,
Beliefs,
Find the thoughts that resist it,
Figure out where those emotions are buried,
In our abdomen,
In our heart,
In our shoulders.
And the physical pain is an indication of where we're hiding those emotional pain.
Recognize it,
See it,
Love it,
Stop judging it,
Stop holding resistance to it,
And then letting it go,
And then letting it go.
Five steps,
Awareness,
Awareness of all the bodies,
Acknowledgement of the deeper desire,
Whether that's freedom,
Worthiness,
Or love.
We might use other words,
But ultimately it's one of those three.
I don't care how what we call it,
But it's a recognition,
Not of what is not wanted,
But what is wanted.
We are conditioned to think in what is not wanted.
We are going to move to start to think in what is wanted.
Resistance is an indication of what is wanted.
You will only experience resistance if there is something that's happening that is unaligned with what you don't want.
We are conditioned to say,
I don't want that.
We are going to recondition ourselves together to recognize,
Oh,
Here's something I don't want.
What is it that I want?
Three,
Appreciation.
That conditioning is here as a gift.
Everything is good,
Nothing is bad.
I am good.
Life's design,
The universe design is exactly happening as it is.
I'm doing the best that I can.
I am amazing.
I am on my journey of self-growth and I will continue to grow and calibrate.
And do and honor that.
And then once we do that,
Once we become aware and we acknowledge the deeper meaning and we appreciate,

We can let go.

That's where we discover it in the physical body.

And you all intuitively know how to let go.

Last night I woke up at three o'clock because I had a caffeinated coffee.
I usually drink decaf.
I'm out of my Nespresso decaf.
And so I had to have a caffeinated because I had to have it.
I had to have my second,
And it was a second cup of coffee.
So at three o'clock,
Did a meditation.
That's what I do when I wake up in the middle of the night.
I'm like,
Perfect.
It means meditation.
And sometimes I wake up more revived than I had,
I slept during the night.
There was some stuff trapped in my heart.
It was here and beautiful,

I became aware of it.
And I asked what it is and what do you want me to know?
And how can I learn from you?
And how do I,
And what should I see?
And how do I liberate myself from it?
I held,
You hold your resistance in a place of love.
Another thing,
If we can take away it from today,
We are not going to put resistance on resistance anymore.
No more resistance on resistance.
We are going to find a way to calibrate,
To finding everything to be from a place of honor,
Acceptance and beauty.

It's about trusting yourself on who to trust.

Not trusting others and then they let us down,

And we all have gut instinct.

It's from the moment of inception.

It's difficult to condition myself in a world that's always conditioning me to its liking or disliking.
This is very similar to what I'm saying.
It's about us becoming the actor,

It's me acting to the world.
And I see that you liked resistance and indication to what is wanted.

I think you're new unless you've never spoken in the past.
Let me say something.
Everybody that knows me knows that I really like to remove some words from our vocabulary every now and then I'll sneak it in.
But one of the things that I really dislike us being conditioned to is thinking that things are hard,
Life is difficult,
Suffering and struggle.
We've been conditioned to use that so,

So frequently.
And I believe that things can be easy.
You know when you're lined up some days and everything boom,

Boom,
Boom happens?
You know those days when things just happen smoothly and that you don't even have to try and you're like boom,

Things can happen with ease.
We need to move from efforting,
That's the physical to allowing,
That's the spiritual.
And it doesn't mean that we're not gonna work hard and we're not gonna do.
I've been like,
During my days,
I go from this to this to this to this,
But when I'm in my flow,
It does not feel like work.
One of my dearest,

And yesterday we kept best friend,

But I have so many best friends in so many different worlds.
So I don't wanna say my best friend because one of my best friends will say,

I try not to let people know who people are,

We've been allowing and it's so beautiful and I've moved several times and it has not been pleasurable.
And so let's move from efforting on the physical level to allowing on the spiritual level.
Sometimes when I do these live streams,
Sometimes I feel like,

And I'm in my mind.
Today is just coming out,

Because I'm sort of aligned.
There's just some sort of truth that just keeps coming out,
Keep it going.
There's no effort.
There's no effort.

So what I want for all of us,
And this is the journey that I want us all to be on,

It's let's move.

It's all in this egoic level of trusting the universe,
Trusting there's something bigger,
Trusting the stories,
Trusting ourselves,

Which allows us to allow.
And then we start to dream and then we feel good and appreciate and find gratitude and find acceptance in everything.
And then our life is perfect exactly as it is.
And then we dream,
But life is perfect exactly as it is.
And then we dream and then everything unfolds exactly as we want.
That's what everybody calls manifestation,
But it has to come to acceptance with where you are,

That everything is perfect.
And we're not going to effort it to believe it.
We are going to just know it and trust it.

Not able to be safe and secure in the world.
And hers is from a place of comfort,
But still experiencing things that are painful and it's happening at different levels.
So you will still grow spiritually and still feel the feelings,
But it doesn't have to impact,
It doesn't have to mean that it's hurting you on your physical level.

And I think the reason is,

We are scared to feel our feelings.
If we don't know that they can tool us and we can use them to let go,
We don't go into them.
The work and the meditations that I know and I know you know,
I get us to go in to the feeling,
Go into the emotion and feel it.
And feel it with curiosity and with welcoming and I believe what it is that's happening vibrationally is that when you go into your sadness or your anger and you're willing to feel it,
And then you honor it and you ask it what you want from it and you just go into it,
It's resonance and the vibration continues until it,
And it goes and it breaks.
It's almost like those bridges that resonate to the same frequency of the wind and then they break.
That's what happens with our vibration,
With the sadness or the anger.
But we're not adding resistance to it and to shame to it,
Which means that you're adding more resistance.

We're feeling it and feeling it and going at that same frequency until it breaks.
And then it's releasing love and peace and beauty.
So it's hard to go into feelings if you don't know that you can use it as a tool and love it and honor it and then let go of it.
That's my favorite part of the work.

But somebody didn't wanna play with me on my playground.
So you'll sort of come through your timeline,
Figure out where it was introduced in your physical reality,
Sort of take a look at your parents and your family and see whether it's generational and whether this is something that is meant to grow on a larger scale,
Sort of float through it and say,
Oh my God,
I love you,
You're beautiful.
And I am going to calibrate to what is desired.
I am so happy that you've been my teacher and that you've been with me and you've been a secure friend.
You haven't always been a friend,
But I recognize now that you're a friend to my growth.
So maybe you're a frenemy or maybe before I thought you were an enemy,
Now you're gonna be my frenemy and later on,
I'm gonna make you my friend.
I'm gonna make you my friend because now I recognize you are pointing me to my growth,
To my expansion,
To my worthiness,
To my freedom,
To my self-love.
And I see that this has been a story of my life.
I see the story of the universe.
Some things may have started with Adam and Eve,
If you believe that that was the start.
Some things may have started.
The relationship between male and female and male being good and female being bad starts in Adam and Eve's story.

I sort of seen that the conditioning started from some of the stories that talk about how life has started and I'm like,

We're accepting if we need to work on our abs or we got to work on our biceps or build up our quads.
If we haven't worked on this muscle for our whole life and now we're in our 30s or 40s and 50s and we have this awareness,
Honor that we got to build up the muscle.
And don't say,

How long does it take us to learn a language?
Years.
It's a new language,

This is a new language.
It's a new way of acting,
Of walking,
Of being.
Allow it to take the time that it needs,
The time that's best for your highest good.
It's one of my favorite phrases that I had learned.
The time that's best for your highest good.
Let go of time.
Another thing,

I don't like hard,
Difficult,
Suffer and struggle.
I do not like measuring time.
I do not like the limitations we put to time.
That things will either take too long or not are possible or even saying.
Allow time to evolve from the place of allowing time from the place of allowing and not efforting.
Don't put limits on your time.
Anytime that you see that something you think,
Something will take a long time,
Replace it and recondition yourself to say,
The time that's best for my highest good.
The time that's best.
The time that's appropriate.
Find the times that you limit and constrain yourself in the physical earth of time.
Because in the emotional level,

The vibrational level,
There is no time.
And when we limit on the physical,
We limit allowing.
So that's another thing that I would love you all to walk away with today.
To recognize where you're limiting yourself on time and let go of limitations.

The whole intention is to become aware of the power of the conditioning and to shift back to our alignment with truth and our inner power.

Today I have such a joyous energy too.
It's like amazing.

Anxiety and chronic pain.
Anxiety is exactly the same thing as stress.
It's a fear that I'm not willing to acknowledge.
There's a fear.
If you wanted to go into more,
And chronic pain is because you're not willing to acknowledge the fear,
It's gonna keep coming up into your body until you learn how to let go and surrender.
And I have some meditations on foot pain and shoulder pain,
And I keep meaning to do the rest of the bodies,
And I actually wanna do chronic pain as well,
Because it's the emotional.
So if you wanna share more about Sharon,
What is your anxiety about?
We can figure out where it came from and everybody can say,
Oh,
Me too,
Me too.
You just haven't learned how to acknowledge it because it has not been safe,
Safe.
And today's intention is to make it safe.
Safe for us to say,
Hey,
That was a mistake.
Hey,
My parents got divorced and it really messed me up.
Hey,
I was adopted.
Hey,
It doesn't feel good.
Some of my conditioning from my child does not feel good.
So Sharon,
What is it that,
What are you anxious about?
And if I tell you that anxiety is a fear that you cannot name or a fear that you do not want to name,
What are you scared of?
Kim,
It includes chronic fatigue,
Chronic pain and chronic fatigue.
It's the same thing.
Fatigue is an emotion.
It's not just a physical feeling.
It's an emotion as well.
And being tired of life,
Not being able to move on,
Feeling that things are stagnant,
But not being true to yourself,
Not expressing yourself,
Is going to make you tired.
Your energy is not flowing.
You're not flowing.
We are meant to flow.
We've got our seven chakras,
We've got our four chakras,
We've got our seven chakras,
We've got our energy,
And we are meant to flow.
So if you're not flowing because we're not speaking our truth,
If we're not flowing because we are anxious,
Using Sharon's word,
And fearful,
Usually the fear is in the first chakra,
In your root chakra,
You don't feel safe,
You don't feel secure,
Energy's not flowing.
And that's why at the end of all my meditations,
I imagine the universal light coming in.
Sometimes I imagine it going through all your body.
Sometimes I like to imagine it from the crown to your heart.
You guys know I flow it through from the top of your head,
Your third eye,
Through your head,
Your neck,
And then ground into your heart.
And then I like to imagine the divine earth energy coming in through the soles of your feet,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Through your pelvic area,
Your abdomen,
And then meeting that light in your heart.
And that allows our energy to move again.
And any resistance keeps our energy from flowing,
And that will make us feel,
That resistance will give us emotional pain.
And if we keep ignoring the emotional pain,
It turns into chronic pain,
Or cancer,
Or any physical ailment.
It starts as stress and tension,
And then it builds and builds and builds and builds.

I think my anxiety comes from me parenting my mom.
She relied on me as a best friend.

And so what did that make you feel?
Not free.
I'm guessing,

So it's fear of not being free,
Fear of being stuck,
Fear of being tethered and not safe.
Tell me where the not safe comes in.
And this is powerful.

And there's reason that things happen,
And that you're connected.
You're connected to the support of the universe.

Even though experience tell us otherwise.

And so doing work on your solar plexus,
Recognizing that in your life that you don't feel capable,

You have access to infinite intelligence.
You are unlimited worthy,
Unconditionally worthy,
Unconditionally free,
Unconditionally love.
You are connected to the universe that gives you everything that you need.
And that's your solar plexus.
So look at how you feel.
Even how you feel about your stomach is helping you calibrate to your sense of capability.

That's a form of you not judging,
Not trusting your capability in yourself.
And if you control your waistline by doing so many sit-ups and doing many planks and doing all of this stuff,
It means that you're trying to control your sense of capability,

It's only when you just sort of allow and flow that you are in alignment with your capability and your ability to support yourself.

I have anxiety because of losing people I lived.
A lot of people have a fear of death,
A fear of death.
And that fear is what's perpetuating a lot of it at the end of the book.
So what is your relationship with death?
If we can all come to such a moment,
To such a beautiful place of recognizing that life and death are all the most natural processes,
And that the universe,
God,
Higher being,
Higher power decides inner higher self,
It doesn't matter when the time is done.
And it's done when it's time that's best for the highest good.
And finding recognition that on the physical,
On the physical plane,
That there is a loss,
A very strong loss.
One of my favorite meditations,
I have a lot of my favorites,
But is about grieving and honoring loss.
And it was time when three of my very close people,
One lost a cat,
One lost a,
Was end of a relationship,
And somebody lost a father,
A parent.
And I just saw that they were all grieving so similarly,
Even though the losses were so different.
How do you compare a cat to a parent and a relationship?
But the elements of the pain were so similar,
They were mirrored,
They were mirrored,
But different physical circumstances.
So if we come to terms with honoring death and honoring life and honoring,
And recognizing the fear of that,
And calibrating to an acceptance of the beauty of the life cycle,
Then a lot of that fear and anxiety that we hold will just go,
Just go,
Just go.
So I'm gonna ask you all,
Who is willing to calibrate to life and death as part of the natural evolution of life?
Who is willing to recognize that there is such a deep fear of the pain that death brings,
But it's something that we can't control,
And it's one of the beauties of life?
Who's willing to recognize how much resistance we have put on to the end of anything,
The end of middle school,
The end of elementary school,
I say middle school because my son just graduated from middle school,
End of middle school,
End of college,
End of elementary school,
Going into kindergarten,
End of a relationship,
End of life,
End of a pet's death.
How much resistance do we have on the end of anything?
How much pain do we hold on the end of anything?
And who wants to let go of it?
And who wants to just hold it as life?
Who wants to start holding that as part of the natural evolution of life?
Who wants to start to recognize that we've calibrated to fear,
Change,
And transition?
Oh my God,

It's an immunity issue that affects the intestine and it keeps checked by medicine.

But be allowing for the universe to guide you to what is right when you're resistance free.

A lot of these things are big and we will get to them together.
We are going to get to them together.
We are going to make decisions from alignment.
We are gonna recognize the conditioning that we're in and then realize whether the partner that we picked was supposed to stop at this point,
Or when I grow the relationship transforms and that I have another spurt with it.
And I feel when I get the sense of security,
Independent of the relationship.

I'm allowing universe and what paths are laid in front of me.

I don't like the preconceived conclusions when we have resistance.
I don't like the preconceived conclusions because it's filtered and distorted from resistance.
We need to get resistant free on the sense of security and worthiness and freedom.
And then the calibration to truth will come and it becomes easy and it flows and it comes from truth.
And in no way is a,
How am I saying this properly?
An hour and a half with me today in a group isn't going to help us answer those big questions,
But it's going to allow us to open ourselves up to the conditioning and the resistance that's blocking our allowing.
So I am never going to say,
Yes,
It's true to leave.
No,
You keep working on that relationship.
I don't know.
And when you have resistance,
You don't know.
And when he has resistance,
You don't know either.
But when you're willing to do the work and look at the stories and find the conditioning and release from them,
The universe brings you the answers to your relationships,
To work,
Into everything,
Your sense of security in such a beautiful flowing way.
Is that fair,

Is that an alignment?
Tell me if that is good and that gives you comfort.

What I'm going to invite to you and to all of you,
If there's a particular resistant label that you have given yourself to,
Let's change it.
What's the label that you want to get away from?

Instead of anxious person,
You're connected and aligned.
Truth.
Everybody look at what the label you have given yourself and create the intention to find a label that aligns with truth.

You are light,

Find something that does not contradict you in any way,
That doesn't resist you.
And when you think about your anxiety,
You calibrate to truth.
I'm connected to universal,

I'm going to invite you that one of the first calibrations that I can see,
One of the first muscles that's going to liberate you is saying,
Oh,
Anxiety.
I see that I've called you anxiety my whole life.
I recognize that your emotions and fear that I wasn't willing to acknowledge.
And guess what?
I see you and I acknowledge you and I love you.
And I'm going to recognize that you are a tool that I never saw,
That you were helping me to calibrate to the truth of my beauty and my love and my light.

And through that,
I'm going to continue to calibrate to the truth of who I am,
The beauty of who I am,
The strength and the power of my ultimate love and light.
And I used to resist you,
Which would add more resistance to resistance,

But I'm going to look at every body part of mine that might have any pain.

I feel you.
There's a lot of resistance in there.
I'm going to do the work that I need to do to let go of your resistance.

To come into the relaxation of the body of me.

I'm not even going to call you anxiety anymore because that has such a negative connotation.
I am going to call you calibrator.

We're going to explore our bodies.
I think Farnaz said you have pain in your leg.

When I guide you to feel,
You feel it's your physical body,
Your emotional,
Your mental,
Your egoic,
It doesn't matter what body the resistance is.
And we're just going to let it go.
Okay,
Beautiful.
So we're going to start with three cleansing breaths.
And I love to start with the breaths because it just tells our body and our mind and everything,
Everything that we are shifting.
So shifting.
We're shifting and we're going to go into our body.
So let's start with a big deep breath in.
In.
And release.
And release.
And release.
And a third and final deep breath in.
And release.
Today we have had an amazing journey to help us to recalibrate to the knowing,
The absolute knowing that our stories and our conditioning and all of our physical body,
Emotional body,
Mental body,
The egoic body is a gift to calibrate us to truth.
That we recognize that everything that's happening or happened and will happen in life is a beautiful gift to help us to calibrate to the truth of our freedom,
Our worthiness and love.
Absolutely unconditional worthiness,
Freedom and love.
And we're going to use our bodies and our emotional body,
Our physical body and our emotional bodies in ways that we never have to direct us to truth.
And many of us have been conditioned to use our physical and emotional and our mental body as a form of resistance,
To resist the messages,
To resist the messages.
But today we are going to create the intention to honour all of the messages from our physical,
Emotional,
Mental and egoic bodies as a guide towards our truth,
To alignment with who we are.
So become aware.
We're going to start with this through awareness.
Become aware of your physical body.
If there's a physical location that's calling out to you with your legs,
Your abdomen,
Your shoulder,
There's anywhere that you have chronic pain or if it's all over self judgment,
You just decide.
If you want to look at yourself as a whole body or if there's a particular physical location or if there's a particular emotional or mental judgment that you might be holding.
But just sort of take the opportunity for you without becoming too indulgent on going in deeper,
Deeper into that resistance,
Whether it's the pain in your legs,
If it's numbness,
If there's your mind being too active,
Your shoulder and body part,
Internal,
Your intestines.
So you go deep as if you're just,
Just go deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper until you feel like you're immersed in that area,
In that body part or your whole body or your mind.
You go with later layer,
Your emotion,
That emotion.
If you're going into an emotion,
Just become immersed in it.
Now start to explore it,
Just say hi.
Recognize that you're going to hold it from a place of love and honor and celebration.
Hold it from a place of curiosity and invitation,
An invitation of that body part,
That emotion,
That mind,
Mental thought,
The egoic limitation,
An invitation for it to guide you to the truth that it would like you to know,
The truth of your internal power,
The truth of your unconditional worthiness,
Of your freedom,
Of your love.
Just tell it you see it,
You feel it,
You hear it.
If it wants to guide you to a particular time in the womb,
Before the womb,
If it's genetic or generational,
Any time when you're a baby,
A toddler or a child,
Just let it guide you to a deeper understanding of where and why that resistance is part of you.
And when you see yourself at that age in the womb before any of your family members,
Yourself as a toddler,
Baby,
Child,
Just love.
And just thank,
Thank it for being there and for being there for the rest of your life.
And just let it guide you to a deeper understanding of where and why that resistance is part of you.
Thank it for being there and for teaching you and that you're willing to hold it from a place of strength and power and alignment and to orient towards your truth.
Watch as you could start to shift from holding resistance to that resistance,
Whether it's physical or emotional or mental or egoic.
See how you can start to see that it's a passion and love.
See how you could start to see that it's a gift,
It's a celebration,
It's nothing to take too personally.
It's the human journey,
It's a journey to celebrate.
And you're not just getting there,
You are there.
You're exactly where you're meant to be.
That this moment is beautiful and every moment,
Every moment you just have the moments and your ability to align and believe and calibrate to this moment is the power,
It's your power.
This is how you create the life that you desire by finding the beauty in your now,
In your moments and honouring and accepting and celebrating every moment that has passed in the past and recognizing the resistance is a celebration because the resistance gives us the insight to find beauty in everything.
And at this point,
If you see any resistance,
You feel it,
Just let it go,
Just let it go.
And your body knows what to do.
You can do many things if you wanna shake it off,
If you wanna physically hold it on your shoulders or your heart,
Wherever it might be,
Your back,
Your intestines,
Your abdomen,
Just physically hold and take it and throw it back to the light.
Send it back to the light,
Back to the light.
Sometimes I imagine it as fireworks if you wanna take a deep breath in and just let go,
Let go of all the resistance.
If you wanna name it from the physical location,
If you wanna name it in emotion,
Or if you just wanna just say,
Let go of the resistance,
Take a deep breath in and just let go of all the resistance that you released to your connect with,
Just release,
Release,
Release,
Release.
It is in your power.
Once you recognize the gift of the resistance,
It's your power to let it go.
And that's thoughts that you don't care for,
It's emotions that are not aligning with the motion of unconditional love and happiness and bliss and joy.
That's any physical tension,
Any physical sensation can be let go through the power of your intention,
Of your mind,
Of your alignment to truth.
The power that you hold in your whole being is unlimited.
And you're gonna start tapping into that unlimited unconditional power because you can.
And just creation of that intention enables it cause you can,
Because we can,
Because it's the beauty of being a creator in this world,
Being the actor of our world.
Beautiful.
Just let go.
If there's any,
Just take a quick scan of your body and if there's any resistance,
Just go through the process quickly,
Just become aware,
Acknowledge it.
Acknowledge its direction towards your liberation,
Your worthiness,
Your love.
Appreciate it and say,
I'm gonna hold you differently than I ever held you and I see the beauty that you are and I recognize the power you are.
Let it go,
Just let it go,
Let it go.
Now just create the intention to surrender to life.
And surrender doesn't mean giving up.
Surrender means letting go of control and accepting the flow of life because you know that you're aligned to infinite power and you're connected to infinite power.
And when you surrender and allow,
Life unfolds from a place of fluidity and beauty and grace and ease.
And we're gonna create the intention to surrender.

At this point,
Just imagine the light of the universe,
The vine just entering the crown of your head and going through your forehead,
Your head,
Your throat and anchoring into your heart and just exploding with beautiful love and light.
Any resistance,
Just allow it to flow in a time that's best for your highest good.
And you recognize that this is a journey of us calibrating to the unconditional truth of who we are and we're gonna celebrate that journey.
Now imagine light coming in from the universe,
The divine earth going through the soles of your feet,
Through your calves and your knees and through your thighs and your pelvic area,
Up your abdomen and anchoring into your heart.
And again,
Just exploding with beautiful light,
Letting go and moving any resistance that's best for your highest good,
Any physical resistance,
Emotional resistance,
Mental resistance,
Any limiting beliefs and just trust that your journey is journeying beautifully,
Just as meant to be.
And that you're supported and you have all the tools that you need to create the most beautiful,
Amazing life that you desire,
Regardless of your past.
And we have infinite access to the power of now,
Which is unconditionally beautiful.
I'm gonna pause for just two minutes,
Give you the opportunity to allow all of this to integrate and create any intentions that you have for the beauty of your life,
For the allowing,
The acceptance,
The surrender,
The celebration of your amazing life.

Many of us have explored our emotional bodies and our physical tension in a way of recognizing that it's a body and it has a voice.
I compare it to a toddler sometimes.
What happens when we don't give our toddlers attention,
That they just act out and they have tantrums and they do all they do and all they need is attention and our physical bodies and our emotional bodies are just like that.
And we have been not taught to hold our bodies in a way that they are held and honored and heard.
