Welcome to Anger SOS,
Understanding your trigger to enable you to release meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to guide you to connect with your anger,
To understand the nature of this expression and to guide you to release,
To ultimately invoke a feeling of peace,
Compassion and love.
As humans,
We all have a range of emotions.
Emotions are an integral part of the human experience,
Along with physical,
Mental and spiritual expressions.
All emotions are an opportunity to connect with your inner self,
To understand and to develop clarity of your truth and purest desires.
Although the feeling of anger in all of its forms,
Frustration,
Resentment,
Fury,
Rage,
May not feel good in the moment,
The expression of this emotion has the opportunity to guide you to your higher truth.
Together we will explore this higher truth.
We will start this journey with three grounding breaths.
Deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
And a final deep breath in and release.
Let's start with becoming aware of your body.
Feel into your physical sensations.
Feel and sense your anger.
Look for all physical sensations in every area of your body that is projecting this anger.
Perhaps tightness in your jaw,
Heat in your cheeks or neck,
Clamping of your hands,
Pain in your heart or chest,
Tension in your shoulders.
Localize the strongest expression of your anger.
Feel into this anger.
Savor the sensation.
Become a connoisseur of the physical sensations.
Feel the intensity.
Feel the heat.
Feel your aliveness.
As you feel into this resistance,
Acknowledge any messages.
Images may be in the form of an image of a person,
Place or incident.
It may be in the form of an emotion,
A color,
A knowing,
A sound.
I will give you space to feel and hear,
See or know any messages.
Explore what this anger may be telling you.
Why are you angry?
Focusing on the incident or the trigger,
What does this translate into a desire?
What is the root of your anger?
Is it your desire for your freedom?
Is it to be understood?
Is it that you do not feel worthy?
Your desire to be seen?
You do not feel capable?
Connect with the truth and connect with your truth.
Try to reduce the clarity into the simplest of forms.
For example,
I am angry because someone has disrespected me.
This disrespect made me feel worthless.
I want to feel valuable.
My self-worth is within my control.
I want to reconnect with my self-worth.
I recognize that I am worthy.
I am worthy.
Your opportunity to understand the trigger beyond the incident is where the power to release this pattern of emotional triggers and to embrace a life of freedom,
Happiness and joy.
I will give you some space to explore and to understand your trigger.

Do you better understand yourself?
Recognize your opportunity to grow from this experience and appreciate that this experience has guided you towards clarity.

Trust the process and the clarity will show itself later as always for your highest good.

Beautiful divine light surrounding you and circling you and entering through the top of your head and through the bottom of your feet,
Entering through your heart,
Bathing you with beautiful universal light.
Light of peace,
Light of compassion,
Light of love.
Your journey is your journey.
There is a purpose.
You have a purpose.
You are purpose.
Enjoy your journey of self-discovery.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Enjoy this awareness and enjoy the process of letting go and embracing new truths that align with who you are.
These are the truths that ultimately guide you to full personal freedom and peace.
