Get into your favorite sleeping position and pull your blanket or sheet up around your body so that you are nice and cozy.

Take a deep breath in expanding your body and breathe out.

Allow your eyes to close.

You deserve restful sleep and you deserve to let go of all that worries you.

So imagine that you are waking up first thing in the morning and doing your morning routine.

You just had a long night's sleep where you rested very well.

See yourself going through the motions of waking up and doing what you normally do.

And then the day goes on and lunch passes through your mind and you see things that you did today.

And then it's dinner time and the sun is setting.

It slowly gets darker and darker outside,

Which means sleep is drawing near.

Now imagine that you are in your home,

Perhaps your kitchen or living room.

See all the details of your house.

Notice that it is quite still and everyone is asleep in the house.

Then,

Then walk towards your bedroom and you see that the door is closed and quiet.

So you open the door very slowly as to not wake up those sleeping inside.

You see yourself laying in your bed and you have the most peaceful,

Relaxed expression on your face.

Almost as if you are a sleeping angel.

You can see your breath slowly coming in and out.

And perhaps you can even hear the air coming in and going out in a relaxed rhythm.

You are sleeping so soundly,

Nothing can disturb you.

All of the lights are off and you have a glass of water by the bed in case you get thirsty in the night.

This is the most relaxed you have ever seen yourself.

Your head is resting upon your pillow,

It is supporting you in a good night's sleep.

You can see you have your favorite sheet or blanket covering your body.

It is so nice and peaceful to watch yourself sleeping.

Almost as if you are watching a young baby getting restful sleep.

It feels so good for you to see yourself sleeping so soundly and so deeply.

The hours of the night pass by and you maybe make a few adjustments in your sleep,

But they do not wake you for very long.

You are simply so enjoying your bed and this rejuvenating rest.

Right now,

As you are imagining that you are sleeping,

This is cultivating an image in your mind that will be accessed when you physically go to sleep tonight.

You see yourself perfectly sleeping the whole night through.

And this is being manifested because you are creating the image right now in this session.

The dawn breaks and the sun begins to rise.

And you see yourself waking up at whatever time you normally do,

Fully refreshed,

Ready to start your day.

You get out of bed and drink a little water to rehydrate yourself after all those hours of long sleeping.

You are still watching yourself in your mind going through your morning routine again.

And you see yourself say to a friend or loved one,

I got the best sleep in my entire life last night,

Speaking these words with honesty.

Remember to tell your loved one this in your waking life because it is an important tool in getting the sleep you deserve.

Even though it may feel fake at first to say that you get the best night's sleep of your life every night because you in the past might have struggled with getting to sleep.

But trust me,

Saying these words often can be seen as the magic words for sleep.

So repeat,

I get the best night's sleep every single night.

Good.

Breathe in deeply once more.

Gently return your awareness to the present moment where you are ready for the good night's sleep ahead.
