Let us look at these areas and choose one to work with.

Something that you know you are not so clear about.

And then we will start with the second stage where we will polarize.
We will imagine ourselves doing what we are not free to do.
If it is public speaking,
Public speaking intimacy,
Meeting that person.
We do not want to ever meet that person.
That is what we are afraid of.
Good.
Then I am going to call that person and meet them at least on Zoom.
Tomorrow we polarize.
So,
We take some time and we do the opposite.
We imagine ourselves quite intensely with emotionality,
With strong emotions doing the opposite.
And as we do the opposite,
We feel the resistance.
We feel what happens to us when we do the opposite of what the fear tells us.
And now we see all the irrational thoughts and we remain very limited.
We are lucid.
We pretend.
Maybe we pretend we are indifferent.
Maybe we pretend we don't care.
Maybe we pretend we are angry,
But underneath,
Underneath,
Go deep.
Maybe we pretend we are angry.
Maybe we pretend we are angry.
And we will set now together an intention.
So inwardly repeat after me with intensity.
I wish,
I want and I choose,
I intend to face this fear.
And you can put a few words.
I aim to be conscious of the fear,
To digest it,
To have perseverance,
Lucidity,
Relaxation and sincerity in the process and to follow the process until it is successful.
And we feel how this intention creates a reality of perseverance,
Determination,
Of awareness,
Of a willingness to go through.
And now I invite you to feel that fear in your body.
Spaces and open to express the fear We look without changing what we see.
And we allow it to take life to unfold freely.
See how it changes by its own.
And when we are ready and established,
Each one in your own time,
Ask yourself,
What's deeper?
What's underneath this feeling?
And once we dive deeper,
We maybe have a word to describe how we are feeling.
A few words of feeling.
And then we feel that in the body.
Again,
We don't change it.
We allow it to unfold.
We allow it to have the living intensity that it has.
And then we feel that in the body.
And if you need,

We can see what's deeper than this.
And then we feel that in the body.
And as we go a level deeper,
Feel that.
And deeper,
Feel that level again in the body.
Feel it as vibration.
Feel the story around it.
Allow the feeling to unfold without changing it,
And the story which comes with it.

Continue in this way,
Feeling it in the body,
Feeling it directly as vibration,
Observing the stories.
And then intuitively in the right moment,
If you feel,
Take one level deeper.
And then we'll take another level deeper.

And now we move to the sixth stage where we will elevate the energies that we created,
And we will use the observation or exercise from last time to activate the prefrontal cortex.
So I invite you to feel your forehead.
And to go a little deeper and feel the brain behind the forehead,
The prefrontal cortex.
And we will follow our breath and breathe to the prefrontal cortex.
We let go and detach from the fear and from any discomfort that we felt,
From any impurities.
And we inhale attentively,
Energizing with the oxygen and the energy of the air,
The prana,
The prefrontal lobe above the eyes.
Be very attentive to your breath,
Which nostril is carrying more air now,
The left or the right.
And by checking,
Become attentive.
And we introduce a pause of the breath.
We pause for a moment after the inhale.
Focus on the prefrontal cortex and then after the exhale.
Pause after the inhale.
Pause after the exhale very shortly,
Naturally,
Without in any way tensing the lungs.
