This practice is for those who are beginning to feel comfortable with meditation and are ready to explore a little more stillness. You’ll hear gentle reminders to breathe, to return to your body, and to soften into presence—but in between, there’s plenty of quiet space for you to simply be. There’s no background music in this session, so you can experience the beauty of true silence—or, if you prefer, you can add your own ambient sounds or music through Insight Timer. My hope is that this practice helps you slow down, listen deeply, and remember that even in silence, you are being held.

Let's take some deep breaths together,

Just to settle and arrive into this moment with yourself.

Let go of anything that's on your mind for the next two breaths.

Focus only on your inhale and only on your exhale.

Maybe you like to start your meditations by opening the floor for your inner child,

Your higher self,

Or your guides to begin speaking,

Making a space for any one fragment of you to have a voice,

Just listening.

I'll be here with you throughout this meditation,

But we'll be in silence together in reverence for the space within you that needs to be heard and felt.

Scan the body just to check in if any part of you has become tense,

Rigid.

Connect with your breath and staying present with yourself.

Deep breath in,

Let go,

Staying completely present,

New thought,

New emotions,

New revelations,

What does your body need in this moment?

What is your higher self wanting you to know?

Maybe getting quiet for long enough to give yourself a break.

There's no need to stress or worry in this space.

Simply be carried by your presence,

By the divine awareness that is all around and within you.

Let's start to come back into the space,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Start to visualize the rest of your day,

Getting to where you're going safely and early,

Connecting,

Being present,

Feeling joyful,

Miracles and opportunities opening up.

Imagine laying in your bed later tonight and feeling content and grateful,

Taking some deeper breaths,

Placing your left hand over your heart,

Your right over your belly.

If you choose setting an intention to carry with you today,

What do you really want to step into?

What part of you are you ready to fully embody?

Your power,

Your confidence,

Your radiance,

Your courage,

Your joy,

Maybe it's your love,

Your grace,

Your vulnerability,

Your authenticity,

Reverence,

Presence.

Choose one word and feel that experience come into your heart space.

Breathe in through the nose.

Exhale as that intention expands into a force field around you,

As it moves ahead of you,

Going before you to every room that you'll visit today on behalf of your highest self.
