This is a guided somatic inquiry and relaxation beginning with our relationship with our breath. Our body and breath are always trying to do their best to keep us healthy yet we might feel our body is betraying us when it doesn't work well or we can have an aggressive relationship with our body. From our breath, we move to awareness of the muscles in our neck, shoulders and back, our chest and stomach, and arms and legs. If you were to say "I have a friendly relationship with my body", does that feel true? How could we cultivate a closer, kinder relationship like we would with a good friend.
