Transcript

Simple mindfulness,

Bringing your feet onto the earth and your sits bones onto the chair or the cushion and feeling these points of contact,

Allowing them to ground you and now notice the passage of breath in and out of the nostrils allowing the in-breath to expand your belly,

Your ribs,

Maybe even lifting up into the chest and then feeling the sensation as you breathe out again can you relax a little on each out-breath and continuing for three more conscious breaths taking note of whether you feel a little more centered now and this is sometimes all a mindfulness practice needs to be it's an invitation to become a little more grounded and centered in the present moment
